I knew he would take apart the dryer to clean the lint from inside the bottom as well as get the duct work cleaned. He tested everything after he was done and wasn't happy with the force of the air coming out from the roof vent. He went up into our attic and took apart a section of the vent pipe and found a stubborn ball of lint. That made all the difference. Like my last review, Jon was on time (actually a few minutes early) changed his footwear every time he entered and left the house, completely cleaned up everything in the area where he worked and even went up on the roof in the rain. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

Very frustrating as it's raining a lot lately and we want our external stucco wall repaired before any water damage occurs. I guess maybe they don't need my business?
