I was getting tired of every time a breeze came through I would have to spend hours picking up broken sticks. Over the winter a large branch fell off one and lodged itself about two feet in the ground. So, enough putting it off, time to have the trees removed. I reached out to a few companies for quotes, Clauser wasn't even on my radar until my neighbors had them do some work. I called and Steve came out, we walked the property and before he left I had a quote. The quote was significantly more affordable than my previous quotes. I actually called him a few days later just to clarify...could it really be this good? When the team came out, they did very good. I was expecting my yard to be torn up (as I mentioned just one branch falling over the winter caused serious damage). I could barely tell they had been there when they left. Aside from very minimal turf damage, they raked everything up. I have more trees that need to go, they're not an immediate danger right now but will be. When that time comes I won't even waste my time calling someone else. It will be Clauser.

Eastern Diversified Services swooped in to the rescue to clean up all the mess left from the fire. They fixed all the damage: replaced the fence, ripped out burnt shrubberies, removed a HUGE giant 300+ year old oak tree, repaired and re-sided the shed, replaced all the siding, windows and doors, repaired the deck, and completely rebuilt the garage from the foundation up. They even replaced the gravel in the driveway that was damaged from all the heavy equipment that was needed for this job. Yes, it took 10 1/2 months to complete all of this, but considering the COVID pandemic and supply-chain issues, that is perfectly reasonable. Their crews (so many, I lost track!) were all totally professional, efficient, thorough, incredibly hard-working and skillful! They were even friendly to my yappy dog who wanted to "greet" them every time a crew showed up to work that day. I very much appreciate their courtesy and attention to detail. Their boss, Mark Guinther, was always on top of everything going on and kept us informed all along the way with the status of what was to happen next, permits he was securing for all the work, arranging for 3rd parties when needed and hiring an excellent engineer to do the blueprints for the new garage. Even the office staff was top-notch with communications with our insurance company and mortgage company with all the financial details involved. Thank you so very much, EDS for a job well done!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Had issues with our sewer line…read morebacking up for a while and had them put a few times to snake and clear the line. Was told multiple times it needed to be replaced because jetting wasn't an option. Fast forward to the most recent time we had them out to snake and this guy tells me it needs to be jetted actually. I tell him what I was told before and he assures me that I can in fact be jetted. I said I want to hold off so I make sure I have the extra $700 the jetting will cost. He comes back out a week later WHILE IM AT WORK and does it anyway. I am just sent an invoice. I did not approve of that work at all and then had a horrible experience trying to speak with anyone regarding the issue, none of them communicating to each other, and them threatening collections of I didn't pay.

Mark1 was recommended by my insurance company (New Jersey Manufacturing). I wasn't familiar with Mark1, but I wasn't disappointed. They showed up next day and got to work. He said his work orders are "often difficult to discern". So there are many levels of incompetence within the company. Also, every time I talk to someone at this company it is someone new. So I am constantly having to re-explain what is going on with my home. I have little to no confidence in them and will never be using them again.

Also their website said they were open 24 hours, but when I called, he proceeded to yell at me for calling at 12:00 when I was just worried about my pet and me getting sick.
