We all slammed on our breaks to a complete stop. Car behind me had to come up on my side to avoid slamming into me. I've seen wrecks in front of this place before, I'm assuming this is how they happen. These people should not be out driving around let alone working on people's houses. I will make it a personal mission to dissuade anyone from doing business with these dangerous fools. The driver in question is lucky I was on the way to work, all I'm going to say.

I called to get our hot tub removed for disposal on June 10th, and said anytime after the 13th, and the best way to get it was on the left side of the house. Whoever I spoke to was pleasant. I didn't hear from them until mid June when they said they'd tried to call me multiple times- said they tried to get it but there was some water in it and couldn't access it from the driveway, even though I had told them to access it from the other side. I only had one missed call from them, and had no messages. I know my phone was working because I had calls from other people during that time. I apologized for the water as I didn't think of it, and gave them my work number since I don't have service when I'm at work. Later saw I had a missed call from them because I was at work-never got a call from my work phone (why else would I give my work number if not to call it?) And they left no voicemail. Called again the end of June to see when they'd get it, and they said 'next week' the week of June 29th. Never got a call and never saw them. The pool was covered with a tarp the whole week, but we left for vacation that weekend. On vacation saw a missed call and voicemail that they'd pick it up that Tuesday the 8th, only to get back home and it was still there-because the tarp had come undone on a corner and there was some more water in it (maybe a gallon?) Left another message the week of July 14th explaining and asking for an update. Never got a call. Had my husband call on July 26 (a month and a half later from the first call) which they told him they were refusing any future service because of my lack of communication and unreturned messages. They also said they knocked for 7 minutes on the door at 7am with the dogs barking and a car in the driveway-which must've been when we were on VACATION-and the house sitters car. Why wouldn't you call at that point? Or if no one comes to the door with the dogs barking maybe assume we're not home-and give us a call?

They sent a woman Jeanine, to evaluate the job. Although I had asked her to stop at the house, I just happen to see her leaving the property, and called her cell. She said she had a lot of site visits to make and would call me when she got back to the office, and would also send me an information packet via email. No phone call, no packet. After a month I called her cell, and said that I had received no packet. She said she had sent it; we confirmed my email and I had her send an email confirmation immediately, which I got. I then waited 3 weeks, checking my spam and still nothing. I called the Rutland office explaining the situation, the gentleman on the desk told me Jeanine was next to him dealing with a customer and as soon as she was through she would call me--no call, no packet. After 5 weeks, I tried one last time (owner's request), calling the office. I was put through to Jeanine, who once again said the email must have gone astray, and asked for my email address--again. I responded, before I do that, do you want the job. Her response was "we don't want the job, have a nice day" and hung up. I re-dialed the Rutland office and spoke to April, who represented herself as the manager. She said I had refused to give my email, and I told her my point was if they didn't want the job giving my email yet again was just a further waste of my time. April then repeated the line "we don't want the job, have a nice day" and hung up. I am aware that many of the servicer/trade businesses are short staffed--something I deal with all the time. But the professional and courteous companies thank you for your inquiry, hope you will try them in future, and often offer a referral. They don't string you along for 4 months, offer lame excuses, and then tell you shove your job, but do "have a nice day". Give this Overhead franchise a miss. Will M.

Kemper, with Trupoint Property Mgmt was hired to cut down a clump river birch tree that was about…read more30 feet tall and also to remove the stump and haul away everything, including the stump. Kemper was quick to respond to my inquiry and schedule the job to be done within less than a weeks time. He showed up on time and began immediately. The job was complicated because the tree stump was within inches of an underground natural gas line. Kemper was very careful not to hit it. He accomplished the job in just a few hours and hauled away the tree and the stump. He was very pleasant throughout the job and his rate was very competitive. I highly recommend Trupoint and Kemper.
