I have great landlord references and no criminal record or any other reason to be denied by them but was. For what?? Cause I'm not good enough for them apparently. Joe's wife is a very judgemental person and treats people very crappy. I wouldn't suggest renting from these people unless you want a landlord that is a totally ridiculous. I wish anyone renting or trying to rent from this lady good luck.
