While the buccal massage is not a facial (you can get a facial as an add on if you would like they do cleanse your face before starting and serum/tone/moisturize post massage)I was extremely curious. The experience is extremely unique and the service was 10/10. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. I loved the decor and the natural lighting throughout the space. I also really like its on the second floor it gives it a private entrance vibe. I like that it does not feel like a "shop" if that makes sense. I was immediately greeted upon getting upstairs and was able to get in a room and ready. The bed and covers are so comfortable, my esthetician was knowledgeable, gave me great at home tips, and provided an amazing experience. I will definitely be returning.

Before coming to this location, I would always be in so much pain from waxes, and even bleed. I have never had those issues with Amalia. And extra bonus points because of how personable she is. As far as the front counter staff, everyone is always incredibly nice, but Rachael always goes above and beyond. She takes customer service really seriously and she's always a welcoming face whenever I come in. She's skilled beyond measure and truly cares about giving her clients the best service possible. Not only is her work outstanding but she's a true professional. I've had horror stories with other estheticians who have cut my face during facials or have burned me during waxes, with no apology. Danita has NEVER and would never because she take the precautions to avoid injury to clients even when it means using more product. She truly cares about her craft and educated. Beyond that, she's so personable. I usually hate talking to people but she makes an effort to build a genuine rapport with her clients. I could go months without seeing her and she'd still remember things I told her about the last time I visited. I was a new customer so after trying a few minutes I decided to text her at 2:11 and she called me a few min later and said she was at lunch. I told her no problem , I would wait for her or come back - she stated IF* she was able to see me I would have to repay. PASS. I don't do greedy. Takes 3 minutes to sugar underarms and such a minimal amount of $ - so yes, that's greedy. I suppose I assumed it was okay to be a few minutes late because she gave me that message at my first appointment when she was late for me - and took a phone call during my service. In which I do not mind at all - I'm very easy and understanding. I am big on referrals and ironically the morning this happened I had just referred a few gfs to her. I am very friendly. I tip well and extra on holidays. I'm understanding with timing. Etc. for her not to accommodate me with a slap on the wrist as a new customer, was my sign to move on from this place! I even had had an upcoming appointment a couple weeks out and canceled that (lost my deposit on that) - but that's okay, I believe everything in life comes back tenfold when you are kind, compassionate and generous. Greed never wins! I also text her letting her know I was late due to the passing of my grandmother as I was in the middle of arranging her funeral and I left my house frantic - missed the exit. Because I'm human and stress does that. :) I hated that I had to use that card but it was honestly the truth - still no compassion! Sad. As for her work - she does do great work. Absolutely. Very clean and flawless job. That's my honesty!! But I'm a full package kind of customer - without kindness, I see right past your work.
