I have had 2 sessions so far and I highly recommend you try Cryotherapy at Chilltonic if you want to feel immediate relief. The Cryotherapy Pro session lasts 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The first 2 minutes are fine but during the last 1.5 minutes my shoulder and arms start to hurt from the cold air blowing on me. If you can hang in there and finish, you will feel great afterwards. After you step out, you will notice a tingling sensation on your skin. The first time I tried it, I asked the person who did it before me if she had any suggestions. She said, just dance. The next day, I found out I won the raffle for a one-month membership. Let me just say how incredible this place has been. Aria has been amazing every step of the way--from setting everything up to walking us around the entire facility and explaining in detail everything they offer and the benefits of each service. I brought my wife with me, and she had been interested in a place like this for a while. We both did the cryotherapy, and I felt so rejuvenated afterward. I also tried the leg compression, which felt amazing. Another coworker of mine did the infrared sauna and then the cryotherapy back-to-back, and he said it was incredible as well and that he'll be going back. I can't mention everything because I haven't tried all their services yet, but if you want more details, I highly recommend giving them a call. The sessions aren't too expensive, and if you get a membership, you can bring someone with you for just $20 per session. I cannot recommend Chill N Out enough--not just for how clean the place is, but for how friendly and attentive the staff are.
