I love this place. I have been going for years - at first I went for the saunas (which are amazing and super hot the way I like it) and cyro therapy. Now I recently went for NAD+ therapy. I was excited to try out this location, but unfortunately, was mistreated by the front desk man. As soon as I walked through the door, he had an attitude and explained to me that since I was five minutes late that he could not accommodate to me. He said it was a ClassPass glitch, and that I shouldn't have been booked in the first place? I understood, but then I first asked if I could reschedule or if a refund would be better. He proceeded with telling me that he cannot reschedule me, and only offered one available slot and would not tell me any other dates that I could reschedule the service. During this conversation, his demeanor was very aggressive, and seemed that my presence and business alone bothered him. Once I requested his name, is when he became very hostile. He even lied and told me his name was Mike, although his name is Tyler. If I could do any recommendation to help this business is to get rid of him as soon as possible! I tried the Hyperberic for an injury after an auto accident & it's been the most helpful thing I think I've tried so far. My changes in pain and cognitive function feel like night and day. They also have a great discount for first time visit for body Cryo. And they offer Red Light therapy and localized Cryotherapy. I called REJUV to get some information on the Normatex Recovery Compression boots Thursday as I was running my first half marathon Saturday and heard it was a great way to recover. Tyler answered and was very helpful and informative. He suggested I call Saturday when I was done with the race and they could fit me in. Since then I've had multiple cryofacials, cryotoning, plason facials and microneedling. I've been very pleased with the estheticians and RN. I went to check out Rejuv Cryo, it's a new place that just opened this week in Encinitas. Super friendly staff as soon as you walk in who were very knowledgeable. This is all new to me, but I've been hearing a lot about cryotherapy lately, so I was very happy when the people there took the time to explain the different treatments they had available. So far I have done a light therapy and the whole body cryotherapy. After the cryo I felt better than I've felt in a long time, the natural energy boost has carried me through the day (its 7 hours later and I still feel pumped). This place is worth not only a try but repeat visits. First off the staff couldn't be nicer and more accommodating whether you've done this a dozen times or are a first timer. When you go in you are greeted and if first time have to fill out a short iPad waiver. They offer you water or tea. Cryotherapy - Three minutes of heaven. It starts at -200 and peaks at -250 degrees Fahrenheit. I don't know what that is is Celsius. You change into socks, boxers and gloves. Get in the cylinder which is steaming cold. They talk you through the whole thing and explain what's happening. The first time the last minute is a little hard. But you can get through it. After that every time is a little easier and you can get a little colder. After the treatment you feel great. Think like a couple of cups of coffee. Your muscles are relaxed. Aches and pains gone.
