I understand mistakes happen, but the part that was the most disappointing, is that when I reached out to the owner, she took no responsibility, didn't offer any compensation and basically blamed me for the results. The new salon,which has been open for a couple weeks now, is such a better location! It's newer, has fresh floors and paint, and is more spacious which makes me feel even more comfortable getting my sugaring done. Since her move to this location, her Brazilian sugaring service is just as great. I have not yet had a spa or facial service, but I look forward to trying them someday. For anyone wondering how sugaring is different than waxing, you really ought to just try it. I have a thicker hair texture and, since switching to sugaring, I have fewer ingrown hairs and slower growth.
