I've been coming here for about a year now. I love the fact that it's close to home. I can always get something to eat after my appointment. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is super clean. I see Jhessika every 4weeks. She's great! Waxing can I feel weird; having a person all up in your lady parts, but I always feel very comfortable. She helps it not hurt by soothing my skin. We talk, we laugh, and sometimes I just listen to music and vibe. I love that they pay attention to details so well and if I ever have a special request or critique they listen and give me everything I need. I love leaving feeling baby soft and clean. I went for the first time yesterday evening. This is hands down the best Brazilian hair removal place I've ever been to. I had several hair removal spots in addition. Jhessica got the Gold Rock Star of the Day Award from me. She made an embarrassing situation into a relaxed relatively painless procedure. I was a bit leery of frequenting this establishment as I have been to two other wax spas and the service was less than stellar . I stumbled across this space as I was addressing a business matter . I must say that despite the fact that I love 1 hour 12 minutes one away, I will go to no other wax spa . Jhessica Santos is the absolute BEST . I will never go to another spa. First time going after switching from hard wax and honestly, this is the best sugaring I've gotten. I went and the check in was simple. The appointment itself was quick and painless. It hair removal so of course it won't be comfortable but the process itself was as gentle as it could be. Jhessika was really kind and gentle. She went and even took extra steps to clean up all my finer stray hairs. Location was also easy to find as well. She removed ingrown hair where needed and made sure all of the hair was removed. She went over things with cloth and then oil to make sure I was clean afterwards.
