Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. I feel like none of the staff made an effort to help resolve the situation, and this experience was handled poorly. I will not return to this establishment, and I plan to share my experience on my social media platforms. I've done dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peel, cell wellbeing nutrition scan, bunny wrap and endermologie. Lately, I've really dialed in my workout and nutrition based on the cell wellbeing results and I feel absolutely amazing. The endermologie and infrared wraps have kicked me into high gear. There was a mix-up with my treatment and billing, and I was honestly in tears when I realized the price wasn't what I had originally been quoted. I have been going into Bare Bunny for 3 years now. I have always been greeted with smiles. I have had great facials and Emsculpt treatments. Recently I had a Hair scan full health report. It revealed a parasite situation in my body and Rebecca recommend and amazing Parasite cleanse. Also I have been doing IV treatments with NAD Therapy at their New upstairs IV room. Bare Bunny is a hidden gem! If you have been on the fence about going - this is your sign to go. The location has a very Hugh Hefner vibe and I was feeling it. I decided to start with a hydro-facial. Uyen ("Winnie") was my esthetician and she rocks! She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and talked me through everything she was doing as she went through the facial. Bare Bunny is the best!! I came for the "Bunny Wrap", targeted infrared heat, for some of my lingering sports injuries. It made a huge difference for me! Bare Bunny also has some of the best deep tissues masseuses around and super reasonable prices. My girlfriend loves their esthetician services too. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. the process was easy. the nurse practitioner was so knowledgable and kind. I have to mention I have one of the one worst veins Quest Diagnostics has ever seen and the Nurse practitioner was able to actually draw blood. talk about impressive. it was not painful as I anticipated. I really recommend this place. the instructions were clear post op and it was overall a great experience.
