Checked out JTN 6 months ago and I've had a chance to experience another clinic since then. I think Joanna is SO friendly and JTN is a clean, aesthetic clinic. However, after going to another clinic, I realize my experience at JTN was just ok. My eyebrows had a very high arch after visiting JTN resulting in an awkward mid-forehead wrinkle. I should have followed up afterwards to adjust, but kept waiting to see if it settles differently. I ended up waiting too long and was way past the adjustment period . My fault for not going in earlier. Anyway, the other clinic I went to explained everything more thoroughly and took more time to analyze my muscle movements in order to understand how Botox in one area would impact another. They also followed up with me directly couple weeks after as adjustments would be no charge. And it was surprisingly much more affordable. Jtn is clean and staff are friendly, but for the price, I decided my experience was just ok and maybe the injection style is just not my preference. read more

Honestly, everyone is nice. The work is good, but nothing special. I am posting a negative review because I inquired and made an appointment & I asked on a special that was going on, which was 200 dollars under regular price- the only reason I booked. When I showed up to the appointment 2 weeks after the initial inquiry, and after my filler was done I was told the special had passed and I was supposed to buy a voucher on their website, and they were not gonna honor it anymore since I didn't buy it while it was going on.. even though that's what I had asked for when I booked the appointment. For this reason, I will Not be returning. 200 dollars is a lot. And if you advertise it, you should honor it if the client asked about it during the initial phone inquiry. read more
