The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. The general manager, Val, was especially unpleasant to deal with and did not handle my concerns in a professional manner. I received lip filler from Diana that did not turn out properly, and I had to go somewhere else to have it dissolved and redone. This resulted in me spending a significant amount of additional money because of this experience. I have tried multiple times to reach someone above Val through emails, texts, and phone calls to address my concerns, but I have received no response. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this med spa. read more

From the moment I walked in, I was bombarded with hard-sell tactics -- two employees trying to convince me I had to get at least 40 units of Botox, even though I clearly stated I only wanted 28 to 30. I've been getting 28 units for years, and it's always given me the exact look I want -- smooth, natural, and never frozen. Instead of listening, they pushed the false claim that anything under 40 units would make me "resistant" to Botox -- which is not only medically inaccurate, it's just plain manipulative. It was clear they were more interested in upselling product than providing customized care. If you want to feel pressured, dismissed, and treated like a sales target rather than a person, this is your spot. Just a quick note to share my experience yesterday with the CDM Alchemy 43. In short, it was absolutely amazing. I had just completed an appointment at another store, and happened to walk by Alchemy 43. I stepped in, just to ask one question. And I left, many happy hours later, with a membership, a NAD injection, a GLP, Sculptra in my cheeks, and the start of some great relationships. Diana, the injection technician, was superlative. I have had experiences with any number of med spas, and I will tell you this girl is an artist. She does truly wonderful work, and does so with as little pain as possible, while maintaining interesting conversation. She is easily the best I've ever worked with. However, I will tell you it was the manager of this place, Heather, that really sealed the deal for me. She answered every question I had, and provided pros and cons of various treatments. She truly engaged with me, not superficially, but authentically. And smart; if I had this girl's feel for numbers, I would have been a day trader, lol. It's true I wasn't happy with my visit with Alchemy 43 three weeks ago. however the manager called me and was very sincere and offered to redo my treatment at no cost I did go in and accept that offer, and, I would recommend Alchemy 43 today. Had a really wonderful experience here! I was brought in by Heather and treated by the other Heather. They were super sweet while being incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They answered all my questions and then some. I felt super taken care of and more importantly heard. I have heard from friends that sometimes other companies would push certain procedures or plans on them but I did not feel that here at all.
