Long but worth the read…read more So i had tried to make a halloween makeup appointment with sephora in the beginning of october but they were booked so I had to go with mac, I call the day of my appointment to double check the time and the woman tells me that they're having issues with a fire alarm or fire marshal she wasn't super clear. She then tells me i might not be able to get my makeup done because they don't know when they'll be back in the store and they will be backed up because of the morning appointments that they're missing so panicked i call sephora explain what happened spoke to kerri who was an absolute angel and they said they're aware of what happened they'll be able to help me out if i wanna come in. Little did i know that i would be blessed with claudia who was so nice and extremely talented. Not only did she make sure i left looking absolutely amazing with a full face of beetle juice makeup but she was so friendly and funny and made me feel like she actually cared about how my makeup turned out, she didn't make me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience at all. She was the most amazing make up artist and i'm so thankful that she turned my terrible situation into a blessing. Sephora is amazing and i won't go anywhere else ever again.

Staff seems kind but the pharmacists and managers are rude and highly uncooperative and uncaring. We desperately needed a medication after visiting emergency room on Friday and they had it in stock but the pharmacist was not allowing it to be filled due to the way prescription was filled by the emergency room doctor (something with e-signature) and we now have to wait till Tuesday to get another version of same medication that can be filled with the original prescription (??) but they didn't have that one in stock (of course). Just stay away if you can....

They do not take Medicaid so everything I paid for approximately $600 was not covered. I find this unacceptable being most who go there are there for medical reasons. All I had to do was explain what I was looking for and she brought out the perfect wig! I didn't even have to try another on. Mel is wonderful, I would highly recommend Allure and making an appointment with Mel. They will also help you through the process of donating your hair to a children's wig charity, if you choose to do so before losing your store to chemo.
