I love taking a bath with Lush! Best bath bombs out there! Was first introduced to it in NYC by my cousin. I'm so happy they've expanded out to Long Island. I always find the staff at Smith Haven mall Lush to be very friendly and helpful. The lady that helped us yesterday (9/2/21) went out of her way to get us samples of lotion and face mask. I didn't get her name and it's not on receipt but we were there around 6:30 pm. I will keep returning to Lush not only because of the staff but their products are great. read more

A beautifully sophisticated vibrant atmosphere. I never knew there were so many great options out there that could be so fun. You could smell the sweet pleasing aroma coming just outside the entrance. Upon entering the store you are invited to was wash your hands. They provide you with a small stick of personal soap that leaves your hands very happy with a smooth fresh feeling. The hours posted online are not correct. This store is the only one closed early the week before Christmas in a busy mall. This lack of effort to accommodate shoppers and lack of information will absolutely make me think twice before shopping here again. My wife were walking around the mall window shopping on a rainy day when we passed by Lush. We were drawn in by the sweet smell that was drifting out. The staff greeted us as we came in. My wife tried their bath bomb demonstration (they have a mini bath tub) and I tried some of the natural lotions. The staff was all super friendly and really nice! I went in to purchase more bath bombs as when I ordered online one broke apart but was still useable. I was asked when entered what i was looking for and was just chatting with some of the girls working this afternoon about the bath bombs and what happened, not expecting anything as I didn't mind things happen and i was still able to use it, and come to find out when I got home they snuck a bath bomb in my bag at checkout! Wow I had an amazing experience in this Lush in the Smith Haven Mall! All the employees were extremely knowledgeable of all the products and let us try out any of them! We absolutely LOVED the jello like soap (shower jelly), it was amazing texture and was super fun to use. Our favorite scent was the whoosh which is like a lemon lime scent. We also purchased a huge combo box for my mother for her birthday with a really nice shower gel that smelled like grapefruit! They also gave us some free samples to take home and try. Overall, I definitely recommend visiting even if you aren't going to buy anything because they will let you try out their awesome items! read more

I have been a customer of Lush for years. This is not a review about their customer service or their products but a sign the store had in the mall. The sign read that Lush supports a woman's right to choose. I thought it was very offensive and in bad taste for a public store especially one in a mall to take a political stand on the abortion issue. I am a pro-life supporter and this made me feel alienated. I will not be going to this store again. Political messages do not belong in a store's advertisement window. read more

I love Lush but this location is very rude and unhelpful. The staff would rather stand around huddled by the entrance rather help you find what you're looking for. I ended up leaving and not getting anything after I went to smell a product and got rudely yelled at for. I just happened to find this store one day while walking through the mall and from my first bath bomb I've been in love. I love how soft the bath bombs make my skin. And the scents in their products are amazing. I've just discovered the lip scrubs and it's another great product. A very handsome man named Jacob was very friendly and educated and informed me on the in and outs of skin products making it very interesting at the same time! I visited a Lush store for the first time over Black Friday weekend. The only reason I had waited so long was because I was under the impression that all their products are nut-based and I have an allergy. I decided to walk in on a whim to see if this was correct. It turns out they have hundreds of products both with and without nuts in them. I was greeted at the door by a young man who spent a few minutes asking me about my Thanksgiving holiday before he even hit me with the usual "what brings you in today" line. I told him of my nut allergy and explained that it was my first time here. He was attentive, listed to my requests and answered all my questions. He made some suggestions based on some products I was looking for. They let me test their soaps in one of the many sinks they have in the store and I walked out with about $45 worth of products in my bag. I tried these products last night and so far, I am happy with them and I will definitely be visiting this Lush location again! read more
