Absolutely love this store! People are so helpful and the makeup there is fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in there. Also tried my first makeup class today and thoroughly enjoyed it. I learned a bunch of tips that I would never have thought of when doing my makeup. Bobby is the most amazing artist and is always willing to help with color matching or explaining how to use a product. Alex has phenomenal makeup skills and is extremely talented. She knows every product in the store and is always willing to help. Dayhan and Adrian are incredible makeup artists and so friendly and welcoming. Everyone in this store is truly awesome. read more

I love this place. The second I walk in I am greeted & it makes a difference because even if an associate is with another customer & cannot assist me right away I at least feel acknowledged and welcome to look at their products while I wait. & once an associate begins to help me I have their undivided attention. I found their associates are really knowledgable about the products & they always ask me questions about the styles I like to help me find the perfect shade & finish (I love matte) AND there has been times id come into MAC with an idea in mind & they completely "redesign my face" for example I came in oneday & just told them I want to have darker lips for for fall and winter with neutral eyes. & they have me so many options & recommendations on what I can do with just that one idea & I was so happy with what I bought! They also showed me a finishing spray that made such a huge difference in my makeup. Whenever they help me pick out makeup they always make sure I look good when I leave as well. Walking into Mac and being Greeted by two of the most charismatic employees at mac was the best experience for me! Not being a make up GIRL AT ALL, these two Adrian and Dahyan have managed to change that! They are the absolute best! They make you feel right at home in their chair! Super personable and VERY PROFESSIONAL! I've had the opportunity to have my Make up done by the both of them and I can honestly say I've never felt more beautiful! Not only did they both take the time to explain how to apply the make up, they also helped me find colors that work well with my skin tone! They are truly an asset to the company! NO RATINGS!! I am disgusted with this MAC location. On more than several occasions, I have gone to that store to return my empties aka Back 2 MAC, this is something that MAC has implemented and its just my luck that the times I go the store manager Alexandra Ciccone has been on those shifts. I must say that she very unprofessional, she obviously despises MAC's b2m idea, in addition she was very rude and not helpful AT ALL. I literally wanted to walk away and go to another store that appreciated my business. She referred to another rep who was extremely nice Whitney is her name. I felt that Whitney was very uncomfortable with the whole uncalled for situation. Whitney had asked her to do something on the register so she can continue the process of the b2m and Alexandra was very hesitate about it and left us waiting for about 10 minutes, GUYS DONNOT spend your hard earned money at that store location, there are plenty of MAC location that the employees especially the store manager is happy to work. I will NEVER come back and I hope that whoever is the regional manager for this location keep an eye out for this girl, shes making MAC such a highly reputable company look bad. BTW: I usually don't write any negative reviews but as i mentioned in the beginning this has been done to me on several occasions with the same girl & I felt that enough is enough and MAC should really screen their employees especially a store manager who should lead by example for the rest of her team. I love MAC Cosmetics. Every time I walk in the store, within 5 seconds I am greeted and offered assistance. They have great customer service. Sometimes the staff is catering to other customers and can't get to you right away, which is fine, but as soon as they can they get to you. And they try to offer all the help they can. I always get assistance when I can't find something I'm looking for, especially on their lipstick counter. The names aren't under or above the lipsticks. You literally have to pick each one up to find the name you're looking for. An associates help is greatly appreciated in this case, since they know all the colors and know where to look for them. They find it a lot faster than I ever would. Their associates are knowledgeable about their products and will give you an honest opinion of their products and what colors will look good on you. When they assist you, you have their undivided attention. I've never had my makeup done there before by their artists. Maybe one day. I come to MAC for a specific set of products and shades. read more

Bad customer service and rude girls. They are more interested in chatting on phone or with their friends that come visit then at the ma. Each time I've come in they are chatty with each other and not paying attention to the customers. Every time I've bought something there has been a defect with the products and when bringing them back it is always a hassle. Test your products before you leave the store because you will get home and they will fall apart shortly thereafter. TRUST me. read more

Anita is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!!!! As soon as I came in she made me feel right at home, she was professional and a true artist who cared about making me feel good. She was so genuine and honest I felt so comfortable. Anita took her time with me, she didn't make me feel rushed and because of her help I left with amazing brushes and makeup that really work for me!!! I am not a makeup person but I am big on Customer Service. I was greeted right away by the staff and asked if I needed anything. I was there for a makeup appointment for my birthday. I had my makeup done by Adrian he was very professional and he listened to what look I wanted to achieve. Since I am not a person that wears make up often he explained what he was using during the process. When I asked questions Adrian was very knowledgeable in advising me what I should use if I choose to for a daily simple routine. Thanks to Adrian I may become a lover of makeup but I will always be an advocate for great customer service and he definitely achieved that! read more

I came here the other day for a new foundation and the lovely lady working there was very kind and helpful! She listened and helped with all of my questions and concerns, matched me to a perfect foundation and primer, and she sat me down and did my whole face with foundation, primer, powder, concealed, etc. made me look and feel so pretty!!
