She then stood there arguing loudly with the massage therapist for several minutes while I was lying there, exposed and waiting, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room is beautiful, clean, and tranquil and you are always greeted with a smile. It's a little oasis in the middle of Islip. Brabara was able to point out exactly what was going on with my skin and after one facial with a light therapy session I saw results straight away. I was hooked. She doesn't push products, but she will recommend some if you ask her, when she does LISTEN! She carries a variety of different brands, and is able to, off the top of her head tell you exactly what is in each product, what the ingredients do and why it will or won't work for you. I try to go every 6 weeks, if it's possible. I have cut down the amount of products I use on my skin, now I am only using what I get from her, (because I've realized she knows my skin much better than anyone at a beauty counter ever will) and my skin has never looked better.
