So I bought 50 min for $60 most recently and that suddenly expire for not coming. It's not as if I make an appt and don't show up. It's not like someone can't use the bed. I'm literally pre-paying and you're saying my money vanished. You literally take my money and bc I don't come frequently enough to cause skin cancer, my money somehow loses its value. The last package expired last week. $60 for 50 minutes (6 sessions) in the lowest level bed. Not only did my money just suddenly have no value when I went to buy a new package it was now $84 for 5 sessions. The front desk receptionist or tanologist said "well if you don't come we get to keep your money". Cmon Catherine. Gone are the days when your girls treated customers of 30 years with a smile and a morsel of respect. Left a message and asked Catherine the owner who is so nice in person to give me a call. Within 10 minutes I had a response from Brianna with a recommendation as to the best day to be sprayed prior to the wedding, her availability around those days and where I can find instructions prior to being sprayed. I also had a question in between going to my appointment, which she promptly answered. I arrived at my appointment, which is located in a private home, not some busy salon, so it was nice for privacy purposes. Brianna made me feel comfortable off the bat and my tan was finished in less than 15 minutes. I was given instructions on my next steps to preserving my tan and also told not to hesitate to contact her with questions. My tan looked great on a chilly Saturday in January.
