The middle stayed extremely firm as well as the foot of the mattress, the head and middle dipped horribly. They test it by throwing a string across the bed, that's it, so I don't think anyone would ever win against that type of so called testing method. Instead of them making it right, they offered a measly discount IF I come back in and purchase yet another mattress from them. Let's make this make sense....IF I come back in and spend ANOTHER $3500, I'll get $1800 off. So at the end of the day, this crooked company nets $5200. That makes perfect sense. BEWARE they do not care about their consumer nor stand by the product. They are clearly okay with selling you a defective and/ or used mattress, while then trying to collect even more money from you to come back in and buy another mattress.

They said once it comes into your house it is YOUR'S, no returns. Don't be fooled, there's a lot of BULL there, go to a reputable store, we did. By the way, these 2 mattresses were NOT cheap, close to $4,000.

After being unable to highlight problems with this foam mattress with a process designed to manage conventional mattress problems, and a bit of an extended email conversation about it by email, Katy offered to help me replace the unit and deal with the problems themselves. Which she did. We promptly selected a replacement from another brand, and her team provided pickup of the worn out unit and delivery of the replacement. I'd use these guys again. Trosa is located on Peters Creek Hwy in the Food Lion strip center at the Clemmonsville exit. It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking which I love. Right inside the door is their whole furniture section, they have tons of tables, chairs, dressers , etc. they even have a whole section of office specific furniture. The prices are very reasonable. This would be a furniture flippers paradise. Towards the back they have shelves of everything from pillows to whole sets of dishes, sports equipment and the most medical mobility equipment I've ever seen anywhere. I'd say, if you are in need of a walker, a bath seat or portable toilet for someone look here because they probably have it at a fraction of the cost it would be to purchase new or rent. The clothing is grouped all together but they aren't keeping it organized as well as it needs to be. All different sizes were mixed in together and I quickly got frustrated and gave up. Both of us had found an item in the kitchen area we wanted so we headed to check out. The workers were very friendly as well. I'll definitely be checking out Trosa regularly in the future. Trosa supports substance abuse treatment. If you want to donate to them, they offer pick up for larger items or you can bring your items to their donation drop off around the back of the store. Just follow the signs.

Very helpful and cooperative and some of our neighbors who have recenbly moved her have found them as well and love them. Unfortunately they were not able to meet my immediate need but very helpful. Current owner indicated that we have probably previously dealt with his parents if it was back in the 1970's . I think I still have part of that bedroom suite.

Very nice floor sales lady, but zero communication from them. After 6 months of waiting, we were told we could take the floor model. We showed up at the time we were told to show up. I had to help the store employee pull the furniture off of the display area, after waiting 30 minutes for the store mover to show up. We spent thousands dollars with the company across outdoor furniture, bedroom furniture and mattresses. (We could have paid for a used car with the amount we spent). We were told for 6 months that they couldn't get it from Ashley. We've purchased numerous items directly from Ashley and have gotten them while we waited on Bargain Furniture to not communicate with us. After making payment on the items we picked up, I can canceled the remaining items on order. Just found them in stock online, cheaper. Moral of the story; if you want to wait for months on end without communication and limitless empty promises, shop here. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere. BTW, no refunds, no exchanges. That should have been our red flag for business operations here.
