So I patiently waited in the lobby, she finishes the client and comes out to the lobby before going back into the wax room, I was then told by the receptionist that she was taking a phone call and I had to wait while she wrapped it up. Still cool, I waited some more, no complaints. 10 mins later I'm told she does not feel well and as I was the last appointment of the day had no choice but to reschedule. At this point I had been at European since 5:50pm and my appt was at 5:45pm, I made my exits at 6:10pm. If I rebook here it will be with someone else. I never leave reviews but this situation really pissed me off and an "I'm so sorry" does nothing for me at this point
