Later that evening, I received an email from Natalie apologized but basically shifted blame that she never received a response from me wanting to confirm and that she was glad it ended up working out for me. It did not, because I would then have to take even more time off to make it to a second appointment. She ended her message with a request to call the office to discuss a "$150" payment. I responded forwarding my email re: confirming for 5pm, I included how the only reason I was able to reschedule was through her associate AFTER she walked away cowardly, and that I would be calling to cancel or reschedule.
