When they treated me, I was told that it looked like I had not been getting electrolysis because there was no damage to the root. So either Andreas machine is outdated or her 30 years of experience has shown her how to work the system to get returning clients believing they're getting real results. Also, her time slots are not for an allotted time because she's always starting a few minutes late from the previous client and her appointments are scheduled back to back with no time to sanitize or change out the stiff dirty towel that's probably been there for the past 30 years. She'll also move clients appointments around for her scheduled needs which she's stated "I won't be coming in if I only have 2 appointments." Lastly, my time with her was uncomfortable because she uses these appointments as therapy sessions which made me feel uncomfortable!

Oh the good ole days when I did not know any better. so, my eyebrows grew back but have never went back to the way it should. so as soon as i was done breastfeeding i booked my appointment right away with Madison! She provided me of a list of what i needed to do to prep before the big day. Asked me questions about what I wanted and listened to all of my concerns. Day of she explained step by step on what I should expect and it was super helpful when she showed me examples of the different eyebrow techniques she's able to do. It helped me decide on microshading. I walked away feeling informed. Perfect even looking eyebrows and some Aquaphor to apply. Also she provided me with post procedure home instruction. The low down: The whole process takes about 3.5 hours. You'll have to come back for a touch up in 4-6 weeks. She does apply numbing cream. You will feel some pain the first time around but afterwards she will continue to apply numbing cream. I was searching for a Microblading expert for a little under a year in 2018. I decided to use my…read morefavorite app (Yelp of course! ) to help me find someone. After reviewing all the businesses and customer reviews on Yelp and cross checking the provider with other sites, I decided to go with Madison at Arch de Microblading. But I didn't do it then when I decided, because I now needed to budget for it. So I messaged her through Yelp. She responded within an hour or so and soon afterwards we were even texting and had a call. She informed me about the procedure, Microblading methods, cost, aftercare and what to expect. She offered to do a mini phone/text consultation by sending her pictures of my current brows along with some pics if I had any on my desirable end results. So I looked up some Microblading images from google and Instagram hashtags and found the look I wanted and hoped to achieve and sent her all the pics. She called me and we discussed them further ensuring me she was perfect for me by her professionalism, knowledge and suggestions. I liked what she had to say! So I spent the next 5 months budgeting for it. When I was finally ready, I text her and booked an appointment. It's a 2.5 hour appointment and included the consultation as we talked about pigment, shape and desired look, method (Microblading, microshading and combo) aftercare and what to expect between first session, second session and final results. Then she measured my brows from beginning to end to my nose, my arch, my eyeballs and not sure what else, and made markings. She then used her measurement markings to guide her in drawing out my shape for balance of both brows. The shape is the area space she has to work with. She then showed me the results and this was my time to say yay or nay and comment back for her to adjust. But I was happy with the shape. She then tweezed unwanted hair outside of the shape she drew herself, then placed numbing cream as we waited for it to kick in and chatted about fun stuff. Oh and she also informed me about her equipment and safety. She does not reuse her blades. It's a blade per customer then it's safely disposed of. She's really lovely and pleasant. We were now ready to begin. I went with Microblading only as I wanted a very subtle look and still had brows but brows that have lost shape, thinning as I've gotten older and well you ladies know the rest. Lol The service consists of three rounds of MB'ing per brow. She started with strokes to replicate strands of hair on my right brow. As she completed the right brow, she added more numbing cream then proceeded to my left brow performing the same and then numbed the left. The overall pain I'd say was like a level 3 at the most sensitive areas and it was really really bearable. Promise! When she returned for the second round on my right brow, I was completely numb and felt nothing. All I experienced was hearing the blade strokes. I was completely numb because the numbing cream penetrates so much quicker when applied to the skin where she bladed me prior. So for round two and three, you just may fall asleep. Round two and three consists of same steps as in one minus the bearable mild pain. She was now done and I sat up and looked at my brows and wow! You'd never think I had anything done to them. They weren't red, swollen or extreme looking like you'd expect after tattooing. I even went out that afternoon and evening flossing. She gave me some ointment to take home and apply, walked me through the post care and text me the post care instructions along with my before and after pics of my first session. I also scheduled my follow up (2nd session included with price) before leaving. And I highly suggest you do the same. Madison has her own little studio in a studio community type of salon. It was very cute, simple, and clean. She take credit cards and cash. I was very comfortable in her chair and studio. There's plenty of parking too. I'm very happy with the decision I made going to Madison even just after my first session. And I'm really happy I got to do it and meet her. I instantly had 2 people schedule appointments with her within 2 days after they saw my results. She's really great and reasonably priced! You should see her if you're going to do it. You won't regret it. Consultation and after care is key in achieving the look you want and lasting results. Good luck!
