Joseph is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. He takes the time to sit down with you and explains what he sees and discusses what your face needs and he outlines the steps it will take to achieve your goals. He even shares research and educational information so you can make informed decisions. What sets Joseph apart is that he looks beyond appearance. He talks about overall health, including things like body fat levels, diet, and wellness, not just cosmetic treatments. He takes a genuine interest in his clients as people, often asking about my health, my family, and how I am doing. My consultations have always been thorough, and he has generously provided consultations free of charge. He is also mindful of costs and has worked with me financially by offering discounts and including extra treatments whenever possible. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and personable. As a 73-year-old client, trust and integrity are very important to me, and Joseph has earned my trust over many years.     I went here as a gift from my husband with a Groupon for 20u of botox. I asked for my forehead and…read more11s. It ended up being 30 units altogether, which was fine. She was nice initially till she realized I had a Groupon. Her whole demeanor changed. When I was paying for the treatment, the secretary asked if she should schedule a follow up, and the injector said no need she has a Groupon. For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. They did text me to see if I was happy with it. I'll find out in 2 weeks and let them know.

They took time to evaluate my skin, explain the technology being used, discuss realistic expectations, and review pre- and post-care in detail. I really appreciated that nothing felt "salesy." Instead, the focus was clearly on safety, education, and choosing the right treatment for my skin and goals. During my treatment, Cynthia was extremely skilled and attentive.     I went in for a consultation, and the PA Johanna told me that my mole and brown spots could be…read moretreated with PicoWay laser treatments. She estimated I would need about 4-6 sessions. She also recommended using a melanin inhibitor beforehand because it would make the laser treatments more effective. I asked whether the products were vegan and cruelty-free. She said she'd go ask, but she came back without an answer. Before leaving, I scheduled my first PicoWay treatment for the following week. When I returned for the appointment, I saw a different PA, Sheri, who gave me different information. She told me the brown spots on my leg actually could not be treated with the laser after all, and that I would likely need 6-12 treatments rather than 4-6. She also did not know whether the recommended products were vegan and cruelty-free. Additionally, she explained that I was supposed to use the products for several weeks before beginning laser treatments -- something I had not been told during the original consultation. The first PA had mentioned the products, but never explained that pre-treatment use was required before starting the laser. Sheri contacted the product representative to ask about the vegan status of the products, but the rep was unsure and could not provide any timeline for getting an answer. At that point, I left without receiving treatment. Both PAs were friendly and professional, but I was frustrated by the lack of consistency and communication. I would have appreciated someone following up about whether the products were vegan before I came in expecting to begin treatment. Instead, I wasted time coming to an appointment that ultimately could not proceed. It also concerned me that the providers were not on the same page regarding what could actually be treated or how many sessions would realistically be required. It has now been about a month since that appointment, and nobody ever followed up regarding whether the products were vegan, despite assuring me that they would. I ultimately went to a dermatologist, who explained that the mole and brown spots should not be treated with laser in the first place. She excised the mole for less than the estimated cost of four laser sessions. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist for concerns like these, since they are medical skin specialists.

I'm not sure if he just has a thing for the desk girl, but I imagine that's the only reason she'd be there. He did my lips again, this time took out the bump he created in my lip, and made them beautifully plump! However, a month later now, I can feel 2 more bumps in my lips. The injections last about 2 months, and he's Always on Groupon . If I were any new customers, I'd probably stay away for maybe another year, until he knows what he's doing
