I knew I had to check this place out. I reached out to her through Yelp and was not expecting her to reply because it was really late, past 12 am. I asked if she had a late appointment available for that day. Super LAST MINUTE appointment and she responded right away. She said she would get back to me in the morning because she had to check. Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. I will be going back because customer service is very important to me. She definitely makes you feel welcome and treats you as if she were your friend. Thank you, Beata! You truly are the best, I'm so glad I found you.

There is a sign on display right in front of the register that says if you sign up to subscribe for texts/emails, you get $5 off at checkout. I signed up, got the alert that i was subscribed. I showed this to Haley upon checkout. She said since there was no code, she wouldn't honor it and she couldn't give me the discount. I have included pics of both my confirmation and the sign. The sign doesn't say anything about a code, just to show confirmation. I asked for the managers number, which she refused to give me. She said she would take my name and have Daisy give me a call back. Crappy way to run a business. Don't make people sign up for stuff if you aren't going to honor the promised discount.

Despite this, I still left a tip, and she proceeded to comment on the amount, which only added to the disrespect. When I said goodbye to her in Vietnamese and let her know that I understood the conversation, it was clear she had not expected that. Professionalism and respect should be a given in any service environment, and it's definitely lacking here. I will not be returning.
