She gave me a complete rundown of how the service would go, and she was very transparent about all of it. She even let me know when we were getting to sensitive areas so that I could be prepared. After the wax was complete, she educated me on aftercare and even sold me some products. She stated that she doesn't recommend any products she wouldn't use on herself, which gave me peace of mind. Terrible customer service. After coming here many times, getting different services and ordering products, I forgot about my appointment and was running late by 10 minutes and was told I had to cancel my appointment and was charged a cancellation fee. It was my first time having a scheduling issue after many visits, so maybe some leeway would have been nice. After some time I realized that I was over charged for the cancellation fee and asked for a refund to which I was told that she didn't remember how much I was charged, mind you it's all on Venmo. I had to actually provide a screenshot of the transaction and was finally refunded. Even after this, I still wanted to book an appointment to give the benefit of the doubt only to be told I need to find a new esthetician. No explanation given or attempt to make things right.
