I had my very first sugaring service and it was a great experience. Renee was my esthetician and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel comfortable, and the sugaring service was not painful. There was some discomfort but I was still able to carry on a normal conversation. No flinching or having to brace myself for the pull. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being least painful, I would give it a solid 2. I was pretty nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect but she was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me several tips for how to care for my skin before and after sugaring and explained to me all of the benefits. Not going to lie it wasn't a pain free experience but there's no escaping that, however I really felt that she did her best to make it a pleasant experience. Sugaring hurts way less than waxing, that's for sure. I got a Brazilian and had really nice and comforting conversation with Leilani. I'm glad I gave sugaring a shot. She also had a promo going on so it was relatively cheap for a Brazilian! Leilani also sent me home with a little vial of hempseed oil and an exfoliating mitt to exfoliate and hydrate my skin. I was referred here by a friend. I tried both ladies. They are both very nice. However, every time I would get waxed stubble hairs were always left behind. They would always rush as well and I didn't feel comfortable. Specially with Leilani. I would always come home and pluck out the leftover hairs myself. I felt that I wasn't getting good service for the amount of money and tips that I was giving. They would never pluck out the stubborn hairs. I am giving a low review because of customer service. One appointment I was rescheduled with another girl- same appointment time, totally fine. She was over 15 minutes late to arrive to the salon (I had first appointment of the day). I had to text and ask if anyone was coming to the salon that day. My next appointment, with the same girl, I got there and she let another girl in at MY appointment time and sent me a message saying she would be ready for me in a minute. And I waited 15 minutes before they wrapped up. I also felt like after my first appointment the quality of sugaring decreased, I would have to come home and clean it up with tweezers. I also bought a "deal" where you pay for two sugars up front to get a small discount, and when I went the second time it wasn't documented so she just asked me about it and since I could not remember exactly, I had to try to recall the deal and since it was not the same person who waxed me, I feel I was overcharged (or at least not given the discount I originally paid for). read more

Relaxing atmosphere. Leilani makes you feel at ease. She is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. I prefer the sugaring to waxing. I also had a facial here and I enjoyed that very much. I've been to many places for a Brazilian, from big named waxing company's to small studios, along with a couple other sugaring spots. First off I am so happy that there is now a sugaring location in Murrieta, coming from San Diego, and sugaring being my go to hair removal method it's awesome to have this available close to me WITH an awesome sugarist. Leilani has a very easy going vibe and is amazing at what she does! I've had my underarms and Brazilian done with her and my Brazilian was without a doubt the fastest I've ever had but I didn't feel rushed! I say from start to finish a solid 20 minutes. Pain was moderate but definitely less than with waxing! I loved the smooth results right away, but after coming home and further examining i was blown away by her level of detail. I 10/10 recommend for any first timer, or anyone who gets Brazilians regularly, you won't regret it. read more

They can be late by 5 minutes for your appointment but you can't be late by 5 minutes or they will cancel on you. The first time was a good experience. The second one I was on time and the woman doing my Brazilian was late and she rushed throughout my wax. On my third visit I was 5 minutes late and I was told that I was too late and she left. read more

Leilani is the best!! I will never go back to waxing! Waxing always made my skin irritated and caused breakouts; sugaring has left my skin smooth, the hairs grow back softer, and I don't have any skin irritation at all! Which is amazing since I always have such sensitive skin. I went to Leilani for my 1st Brazilian and she made the entire experience so comfortable, her studio is super calming and she makes the appointment feel like it goes by nice & fast but in reality she takes her time and gets every little hair .
