We hired Kindly Kept Cleaning for a deep clean after we replaced carpet with LVP to help get rid of the dust. While Kindly Kept Cleaning performed a basic clean and got rid of some of the dust, I would not say the qualifications for a deep clean were met. They did not dust off the chandeliers or clean the grout in the tiled sections of the house. I also paid extra to have the walls and blinds cleaned and these items were not done. To add insult to injury, when they started the job they said they'd have to add an overtime fee because the job would take longer than expected, so I said okay - after paying the overtime fee, the staff actually left earlier than what was stated as the minimum amount of time for a deep clean on their website. In summary, Kindly Kept Cleaning may be suitable for a basic clean job, but I would not trust them with anything more complex.

Original Review: I just finished moving out of my old place and wanted some help for my move out cleaning. I texted the number on their website and had someone respond quickly. They were very friendly, gave me info about their company, what all would be done and the price. The price was fair and I booked. They even worked with me moving my cleaning date due to the landlord doing some last minute repairs to the property. This is where the positives end. The day of my cleaning the assigned maid arrived. She did not wear a mask and I had to do my best to keep social distance from her. I walked her through the property and she called her manager to get the pricing for the home. I was expecting a two person team but they sent one person. She said because the house had a small patio room that it would be extra and I agreed. I paid the full amount via venmo and left. The next day my landlord called me and asked if the house had been cleaned? He said if it had I need to request my money back. The tub and sink were terrible. The oven was barely touched. The maid used all of the landlords paper towels he had there for a project, took cleaning supplies and also threw away the bathroom vent cover. That is a piece of the unit and should be cleaned and put back up, not thrown away. I contacted the company and provided photos. They apologized and said they would get with the landlord to get this fixed ASAP. They would send someone else out to get the property cleaned. It has been a week and no one has reached out to the landlord to make this right. The company also gave the maid my cell phone number and she personally texted me telling me how she did not agree with what I said, why she did not wear a mask, and why she decided to use the paper towels at the home. She brought her own supplies and used supplies at the home without permission. This has made my life so much more complicated. I hired them to make my move out easy but it has now severely complicated it and now it has been dragged out. The company needs to honor their word and make this right ASAP. I have had Judy weekly for two months and every week I am truly blown away. From my first conversation booking her to when she arrives at my house and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for and again unlike anyone else. She is beyond detailed and get into every nook and cranny. She brings all her own products and is very fast. My bathroom looks brand new like we just built it. Please give them a try.

I called the day before, after multiple attempts finally was able to speak to Jerrie the owner to confirm cleaning. She told me don't worry we will be there; you are confirmed! Appt was scheduled for 8AM.,,,8:50AM no one has shown up. I called the owner at 8:50; she said their on their way; sorry about that, they got a late start. Well - no one showed up and Jerrie would not return my call. Very unprofessional; left me in a bind, trying to find someone else and now having to pay more with less than 24 hours notice before the final closing on the sale of home. Recommendation: Don't schedule service with this company if you need your house cleaned chances are they won't show up!
