Stole my sons $250 pair of Airpods and threw his clothes in the trash. That's the worst part of it, the bad part of it is that they did not clean my bathrooms or vacuum. ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** If you're looking for a deep clean, move out clean, or any type of clean at all that won't leave you disappointed, or spending wasted time trying to communicate or even get a response from the company, then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to do a "Move Out" clean with "Deep Clean Pro" as described on their website for our EMPTY home, and were left with a less than basic clean that we paid over $400 for. The only furniture in the house was beds, entertainment center, and a breakfast table. Half of the services such as organizing, make beds, picture frame dusting, and many other components of the "House Cleaning" described on the website (which were included) were not even necessary as we had moved everything except already made beds out of our home. To say that we were completely left without the service we paid for, light fixtures weren't dusted, cabinets weren't cleaned, garage and porches unswept, floors unvacuumed and mopped, and the floors and carpets they did vacuum or mop, you couldn't even tell. This is in no way a deep clean, and I wouldn't even hire them for a basic clean based on how badly they performed on an empty house. I can only imagine the work they would do if our belongings had been in the home still. Along with this, the company absolutely refused to communicate in any other form than email, offered to send out the same crew that didn't do their job in the first place, and not once had anyone attempted to contact us to resolve the issue. We were only constantly told to email someone else, and even when I did the first time, the email wasn't even valid and was kicked back. No phone calls were answered on their customer service line either. I was then sent text messages from the office manager again, refusing to do anything on their own, and telling me to email another person. Refused over and over again to even pick up the phone or forward the email themselves. We had to clean our home ourselves, and after doing so, could absolutely 1000% more see how bad of a job they did. My wife posted a Google Review and the owner replied back to that review faster than ever, and still has not even attempted to reach out to discuss the issue. Instead he acted as if it wasn't his problem because of the review and the fact it was a holiday weekend, but had time to comment on Google. This company is awful at both customer service and cleaning service itself. Do not put yourself in the position to be treated the way we have by them. There are many more cleaning services to be used in Houston/Cypress, because trust me the 100% customer satisfaction and integrity of the management falls far short of that as you can see by these pictures. Another company out to make a quick buck, provide halfway service, and not take any responsibility or attempt to fix the problem THEY created. This isn't even half of the pictures and none of the emails from them, but hopefully it saves you the pain. read more

They were great when they started out but now, well below average. Some of the women who come to clean are fantastic but if you get stuck with one of their "B squads" then get your rubber gloves out to re-clean! The final straw for me was when I got charged in full when two of the cleaners assigned arrived an hour late and still left early. Tried to avoid doing part of the cleaning, spent most of the time standing around talking and laughing with each other and the old lady in the crew had a major attitude when asked to do anything additional. I'd never use this company again for anything. The experience is so inconsistent, the cleaners are becoming increasingly unprofessional and even disrespectful at times... definitely won't ever have them clean for us again! read more

I've had them clean for me twice... they did an amazing job both times. The first time service which is like deep cleaning was great! This next one they did a great job. I honestly wish I could use them more often... even with the 2 week discount still super expensive. That's the only thing I wouldn't recommend unless you're able to spend $180 every 2 weeks and that's with discount... read more

I booked cleaning as a gift for my hard working son and daughter-in-law with a newborn. Really wish I could give a better review. I was at the home while they were working and Stephanie and Thalia were as nice and sweet as could be. They started off really well with master/bath, living area, Windows and blinds all looking great.....somehow toward the rest of the house they got in a hurry, no dusting done in study, or dining room, and I didn't realize it until they were gone since I was caring for the baby. Not sure why they got in a hurry since the estimated time I was paying for was 4hours 45 mins and they left at 3hrs45min. Credit card was billed within 2 hours at full price. I counted the study as a fourth bedroom, booked accordingly, and expected it cleaned. Since it was a gift, baby in arms, I went and dusted the rest of the rooms myself. Tried to call them right away, but no one picked up the phone. I emailed customer service later and they offered to have them come back in a few hours. I was already gone and it is difficult to schedule for a nurse who works nights so I said no. My final thoughts are.... I feel like I got half a house for the price of a full house and a company should never have to get a call back especially on a first time customer. read more

DO NOT USE THEM! I hired them to come clean my 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house prior to my daughter's birthday party. I was told I was going to get a team of 2 people to clean my house for 3 hours. The day before, I got a call stating they would only be able to send 1 person out, but that they would be there for 6 hours. The maid was only there for 2 hours. When I got home and inspected the job, it was TERRIBLE! She hadn't touched my stove, didn't clean my kitchen sink, the bathroom mirrors were smeared, the floors weren't swept before mopping, the fixtures in the bathrooms weren't wiped down, one of my toilet's now has black scratch marks from the brush. The was just before my daughter's party so I had to come home and basically re-clean my house. They only offered to "clean the missed spots". The entire house needed to be re-done. Why didn't the maid spend up to 6 hours cleaning our house as I was informed? I sent pictures of everything that was missed. I didn't get my house re-cleaned and they customer service team was not budging on refunding or sending a new team to clean the house. Awful customer service and untrained maids. I would be embarrassed to have the person that came to clean my house on my payroll. read more

I thought I had done enough research but apparently not. We paid for a regular cleaning plus extra for a deep cleaning (included base boards and fans) and had planned on a monthly recurring cleaning. Their 1st time out it was decent for a regular cleaning but certainly not a deep cleaning. There was dust on a fan in the living room, my desk, file cabinet, and several base boards. They used a vacuum cleaner that looked as if the carpet had not been cleaned at all. And, there was mold and grime in the master bath. All in all, it less than impressive. I called the main office to let them know (sent pictures) and they said they would roll it the next cleaning. Essentially, we would not get what we had paid for the 1st go-round and would have to pay for another service just to get what we had originally paid for. I told them that I wanted to postpone the recurring cleaning and would have to see how they did this 2nd time to determine if I wanted them to come back, so they eventually squeezed us in about a week and a half later for the makeup cleaning. The 2nd time they got some of what they had missed the 1st time but after further inspection they missed several of the same spots again. When I showed them the issues, they seemed bothered by it and halfheartedly accommodated me. I will never use these folks again and would highly recommend you find a different service. They are way too expensive for the poor quality of work they perform. In addition, they tried to charge me for the make up cleaning, which I had to block on my credit card. I told the cleaning service what had happened, and they said it was their mistake. However, if I had not been paying attention I would have never known. read more

I was amazed on the punctuality of the person who was scheduled to deep clean the home. Thats clean maids not only met my expectations but they had exceeded all my expectations.
