I would not hire this company! I had this company come…read moreclean my house. I was under the impression the the almost $200 service was for a deep clean. I have a 3/2 home. I only asked for 1 bedroom and one bathroom to be cleaned alone with the main rooms of the home. I was also told that I would not be charged until after the service had been preformed. But before they even really got started I got a email that my card had been charged. First they were late for the time we agreed on. Then when they did get here the main lady was super rude. She said they "don't pick anything up, we are house cleaner not house keepers". I was taken aback with her response. I figured she was talking about the couches. I was fine with them not being moved as they are heavy. Then she kept saying how they needed to be out of there as fast as they could. I went into my master to do some work on my laptop. Not even 2 hrs after they arrived they were running out the door saying they were done. I was able to do a quick glance and said thank you and they left. After they left we went around the house checking the work. First thing I noticed was a my antique child's rocking chair was not moved along with the dog food bin. They were not moved and swept and mopped. I moved over to where my dog bed are. The 2 dog beds were not moved and swept and mopped. Then we noticed the only things moved were the coffee table and the bird cage. Absolutely nothing else was moved. They missed a big spot between my couches also. Then we went to check the kitchen. The counter tops were cleaned but not the back splash. They cleaned the front and inside of the microwave but not the sides of it. They left my sink a mess. They did a half ass job through the entire house. She kept telling they don't move anything but yet when I came out of my master my coffee table and bird cage was moved. She also said that if we wanted anything moved I would have to request it. I didn't think I would have to request to have dog beds moved if I wanted that area cleaned. After we checked the house I sent a email explaining what happened and why we were not happy. A few minutes later the main lady called me and left me a really rude voicemail saying she didn't understand why I wasn't happy and that is was my fault for them not doing a good job, She said I could have refused services if I wasn't going to be happy. But how am I suppose to refuse service if you already charged my card before the service was even really started? They offered no apology and no offer to fix the mistake. I then sent another email asking them for a refund because of how they handled the situation. Only then did they offer any type of solution. I told them because of how rude and ugly the main lady was I did not feel safe having her come back to my home. I again asked for a refund. They only offered a 50% refund or to have them come back. I already expect to have to go through my bank to get any sort of refund from them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
