I called for an appointment and had to wait a week, but if they're that good, they're busy, right? So, I went in this morning for my appointment with Missy, what a wonderful woman! I haven't cut my hair in over 2 years (yikes!) and we decided what would look best for me. We chatted and she cut, professional all the way, I must say. She fried my hair and for all the frying the color is all different shades. The coloring is chunky and uneven. Sooo unhappy with the outcome. She made it very aware she didn't want to finish my hair by doing Horrific blow dry and said well it's 4:00 so do you want me to curl it??? Not to mention she didn't speak to me the entire appointment I was there for 5 hours!!! I paid 210$ and a 20$ tip. I showed her what a horrific job she did and her response was she misunderstood what I asked idk how uneven hair is a miscommunication!! And proceeded to tell me she wasn't comfortable giving me a full refund?? I'm not comfortable leaving my house with this janky hair job!! She took no accountability for the horrible job she did.
