Queen Nail Salon has been hit or miss for me. I've been coming here for more than two years, ever since I bought property in the desert, but the staff has never been particularly friendly. I often feel like I'm a burden rather than a paying customer who genuinely wants to support a local business. I usually keep things simple with a regular manicure and a higher level pedicure, but despite being a repeat customer, I've never really felt welcomed, valued, or remembered. I called and was able to make an appointment immediately.i was put in a giant comfy chair with a super hot bath of water for my feet. Music was playing, not loud, not too soft. Just right. Beautiful decorations for New Year vibes. The year of the horse, look it up. It's time to reclaim life. Good vibes all around. And I got the deluxe pedicure which included, paraffin, exfoliating, leg mask, hot stone massage and a massage. Like wow!!! I always splurge for the gel because it lasts longer and dries instantly. They set us next to each other in massage chairs (which actually massaged), and the pedicure specialists got right to work with speed and precision. My son's technician handled his tender toes with care and patience, easing out those ingrown villains. Meanwhile, mine filed down my callouses like a patient cabinet maker. We laughed. We grimaced. I went here for the first time and the nail tech who did my nails was clearly in a rush. She was moving so quickly that she cut me and didn't bother to acknowledge it or apologize. The paint job is uneven and streaky. The nail color is easy to peel off, 2 days after my gel manicure, two nails have chipped in the process of using my hands because the polish is not properly sealed. The quality standards here are very low and they can get away with it because there are so few nail salons in the area. read more

Awful, awful experience. Cherry was rude and extremely rough with my nails. While removing a nail that obviously needed to be soaked, she stuck another nail under it and RIPPED it off my nailbed. So painful that it made me scream I have nevwr experienced customer service such as this. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. However, either the owner is selling this place to a new owner or doesn't care, who thinks it is ok to have a nail salon completely packed, filled with awful fumes and then argue with a customer when asked to turn the air on and open a door because the fumes were so toxic and strong I thought I was going to pass out. I scheduled a dip MANICURE and a regular pedi. I also added on a new set of acrylics for my niece, who I brought with me. My nails look nice (by Cherry), but there was no manicure involved - just the dip and polish and it was $53. Nobody was free to do my pedi and Tony could not have been ruder and trying to gaslight me, all the way around. He kept saying a "manicure" is extra - on top of the $53. Weird, because it wasn't last time I was there. Horrendous customer service. Try being nicer to your customers - especially locals - it goes a long way. read more

I'll start by saying they listen to customers in regards to specific wants and needs, and my actual nails don't look bad, but the man absolutely destroyed my cuticles. I was in pain all night, still am. I travel full time and go to a new salon every two weeks and have never experienced this. Every nail bled and when they did he simply said "your skin is thin" well dang man, no need to add insult to injury.
