I called and was able to make an appointment immediately.i was put in a giant comfy chair with a super hot bath of water for my feet. Music was playing, not loud, not too soft. Just right. Beautiful decorations for New Year vibes. The year of the horse, look it up. It's time to reclaim life. Good vibes all around. And I got the deluxe pedicure which included, paraffin, exfoliating, leg mask, hot stone massage and a massage. Like wow!!! I always splurge for the gel because it lasts longer and dries instantly. Of course that's an upgrade. But I'm worth it. I was so relaxed! During the hot paraffin part. Hot liquid covering my feet. And a massage. Wow. Not to hard and not too soft. I may have overtipped but I was so relaxed. Like omg. And when I asked him to NOT use a cheese grater for the exfoliation he said no worries, I understand. No attitude. I went here for the first time and the nail tech who did my nails was clearly in a rush. She was moving so quickly that she cut me and didn't bother to acknowledge it or apologize. The paint job is uneven and streaky. The nail color is easy to peel off, 2 days after my gel manicure, two nails have chipped in the process of using my hands because the polish is not properly sealed. The quality standards here are very low and they can get away with it because there are so few nail salons in the area. read more

Awful, awful experience. Cherry was rude and extremely rough with my nails. While removing a nail that obviously needed to be soaked, she stuck another nail under it and RIPPED it off my nailbed. So painful that it made me scream I have nevwr experienced customer service such as this. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. I do not give businesses one star, this place used to be great! However, either the owner is selling this place to a new owner or doesn't care, who thinks it is ok to have a nail salon completely packed, filled with awful fumes and then argue with a customer when asked to turn the air on and open a door because the fumes were so toxic and strong I thought I was going to pass out. The man with the shaved head is so rude, disrespectful towards women, it is unreal. I still have a headache from the fumes!!! read more

I scheduled a dip MANICURE and a regular pedi. I also added on a new set of acrylics for my niece, who I brought with me. My nails look nice (by Cherry), but there was no manicure involved - just the dip and polish and it was $53. Nobody was free to do my pedi and Tony could not have been ruder and trying to gaslight me, all the way around. He kept saying a "manicure" is extra - on top of the $53. Weird, because it wasn't last time I was there. Horrendous customer service. Try being nicer to your customers - especially locals - it goes a long way. read more

I'll start by saying they listen to customers in regards to specific wants and needs, and my actual nails don't look bad, but the man absolutely destroyed my cuticles. I was in pain all night, still am. I travel full time and go to a new salon every two weeks and have never experienced this. Every nail bled and when they did he simply said "your skin is thin" well dang man, no need to add insult to injury. At this point all I can do is hope they use clean tools so they don't get infected. I definitely wouldn't go back. read more

Went here for the first time the other day. Everyone working there was friendly and they had lots of color options. I got a mani pedi. Not stoked with my manicure - Stephanie was rushed and complained about her job a lot. My nails were glued on with quite a wide gap between my cuticles and the color was not applied consistently or very tidily. I love the color and she made the nails the shape I asked. My deluxe pedicure was not very thorough either and seemed rushed as well. Also pretty sure she did not disinfect the callous rasp or the tools she used on my toes....It came out to a whopping 108 bucks for both not including the tip, and it took them 2 hrs. Just a few days later and I can feel my thumb nail becoming loose. I'm very hesitant to return because of all of this - large amount of money for a pretty big let down.
