It took about 4 weeks from order to install, so plan ahead. Ours was completed by Christmas. My apologies to Cory for all of my worrying. The installation was flawless. For my own peace of mind, I did choose to have a licensed plumber, at my expense, (Arch plumbing) tap and run the gas line back to the fireplace for Jason to hook-up to. They were labeled as being in the seasonal section which I assumed was outside but it was not. I finally gave up and asked for help. I walked up to this poor girl two minutes before her replacement said she could go on break after helping me. Her device was not cooperating so it took longer and eventually got passed to another person who walked me over to find what I was looking for. We couldn't find it so he asked me to show him on my phone so he could pull it up on his device. Turns out it was up in the high racks because they were REALLY out of season. He was so nice though and said it would take about 10-15 minutes. I was in no hurry so I waited. I sat on the display patio seating and I guess he didn't see me but was asking around for me. I got up to go over and had a laugh about thinking he lost me or that I had left. Then 3 other customer service reps had asked me if I had help or needed help while I stood to wait. Note to self: stand around and someone will ask you if you need help I saw a guy lugging a 40lb bag down to the register and I was like oh man.. why didn't he get a cart because it looked heavy for him. He seems tired and handed it over and walked away. I checked out with another man and then carried it on my shoulder to my car. Luckily I didn't park too far. I guess it's a good thing I work out or else I'd be really disappointed no one offered to get me a cart or help.

Then, when the amount of damage was estimated, started LYING. First they said the damage was pre-existing (it wasn't), then changed it to accusing me of allowing the bathtub to over flow (I didn't). Because of the lies, their insurance company refused to pay the claim! These people are liars and do not guarantee their work. Consumers BEWARE!!!!!!

They have the best and cheapest bird seed around and they have a great area that fixes your chainsaws. This past year I was having a problem with moles and the regular traps weren't doing the job.....Charlie's had in a new trap that worked great! This company has been outstanding from start to finish! We were looking to put a runner on our…read morestairs and hoping we could get it done prior to Thanksgiving. This was about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The second I looked them up on Angi. Someone called me and the ball was rolling instantly. I communicated with Allison and she kept me up-to-date on everything and let me know when one of the guys was coming out. A fantastic, friendly and easy person to work with. Jeremy was the first one to come, and he was very personable and seemed genuine from the second he came in. He offered us different options, gave us some opinions, but ultimately left it up to us. When we asked about the chances of it being put in before Thanksgiving, he said he felt very good about it, could not promise anything, but would do his very best. The carpet was just installed today and it looks amazing. Chris is the one who came out to make sure everything was measured the way we wanted how much carpet vs floor would show. He did the installation. Promptly here at 10:00 am. He was beyond incredible. Not only did he once more walk us through everything before he started, but he fixed a small issue we have been having with our top step where there is a decent gap between the stair and the wood, We have not been able to fix it. He said he could take a look at it for us and he fixed it. Then on his own without any asking he went and re-glued some of our spindles that were just loose. When you would walk down the stairs, they would make a little rattling sound, but he fixed that for us on his own time. I would recommend them 100%. They were spot on, great communicators, very personable and did a fantastic job.
