Recently, we honored an invoice from PFG for the purchase of numerous business cards. As of December 11, 2019, it has been three weeks and still no delivery of the cards. Emails and phone calls to obtain a carrier tracking number has not produced results. On two occasions, PFG employees informed us that someone would followup with us to resolve this issue even if it meant simply reprinting the business cards. Again, it has been three weeks and no one from PFG has honored their obligations to a long-time customer. So, we paid for a product that we do not have in our possession?
