I've used this company for almost a year now. I waited so long to review because I wanted to make sure service was consistent. The price is good and I like their guarantee that if we see any bugs after service, they'll come and re-treat. Honestly I've never had to call them to re-treat because they are thorough enough. Another great thing is I get compliments about how bug-free my home is from people that visit. We just had Rob come in today and he did an awesome job even though he mentioned being new. Then he managed to squeeze me in the schedule sooner than expected. We had ants in one corner of our house that would not go away. All Seasons took care of them for a very reasonable cost (and without a yearly contract! Hate those!) They also sprayed for other bugs throughout the house. Haven't seen any bugs since (except a few dead ones). And I was relieved our two dogs would not be affected by the spray. I let them in as soon as All Seasons was through and didn't have to wait. Valerie at the office was very sweet and always puts her customers first. If you're not happy, she's not happy. And the tech Joseph was very professional and answered all my questions. I like that he called ten minutes before arriving. Couldn't get rid of pantry moths after two attempts. Their warranty was 30 days and they said to call back in 2 weeks if I hadn't seen an improvement. I didn't see an improvement so they came out, and I waited another two weeks. Still no improvement but now they're saying the warranty is expired so I'll have to pay again, even though they're the ones that told me to wait that long and their first two treatments did nothing. Waste of time and money. Valerie had the nerve to tell me it was because it was a bad infestation. I guess All Seasons can only handle easy infestations. I wouldn't call them for anything that's too challenging. read more

"Termites! Are you kidding? Those winged demons of destruction can't be eating our house!" And so the journey began to find the termite exterminator, extractor, protector an destroyer who was also cost effective, friendly and responsive. My wife was good enough to walk the 4 or 5 different companies through our house. Each company had a different solution to eradicate the bugs from our house. The treatments ranged from the extremely invasive to dropping bait stations in the yard. After parading the huge national companies through the house, we realized that not only were they very costly, but they did not give us the warm and fuzzy of being a highly valued customer. When All Seasons came through, their solution was comparable in coverage and thoroughness to the national companies. They proposed to use the same materials, processes and tools, and offered a very similar warranty. Plus, the owner invested a lot of time with me answering the long list of questions that I had, ranging from "why me?, to "will this hurt the pets?," to "what if xyz happens in 5 years?." His answers were very much the same as some of the other companies, but it was clear to me that his position was not based upon a commission check or some other corporate metric. I got the feeling that All Seasons takes pride in what they do and the satisfaction of their customers. I think they know the power of word of mouth advertising. After all was said and done, we awarded the contract to All Seasons. On the day of the job, the owner and his crew came out and commenced to work. I wasn't there that day, but when my wife told me that the owner was swinging a pick, and digging trenches along side his crew, I knew we made a good choice. During the job, the All Seasons team invested time to explain to my wife what they were doing, and showed he where they found termites. A few days after the job, I noticed what I thought was a broken sprinkler head. I thought that it could have been broken during the trenching. I called All Seasons. He apologized and had the head running again within a couple hours of our phone call. And, the sprinkler was just unscrewed, not broken. They were clean, thorough, professional and cost effective. I couldn't be happier! Heaven forbid that we ever have visitors from underground again! But, if we do, I will call All Seasons and recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

We have been using All Seasons Pest Control for a year now and they have the absolute best service. In the beginning we had a billing mishap sending our payment to the wrong address and they were very understanding. We also had numerous animal issues due to a construction problem and they spent time monitoring our building trying to troubleshoot the issue at no charge. Hired them for a German roach problem last year and after treating the property several times the problem was never resolved and the roaches were always present. Company refused to honor their warranty as they said I was trying to get free service when I was clearly requesting my warranty whiting the covered time. Bottom line is, i tried to help a local business owner but instead I got stuck with the roach problem and wasted my money. I should have paid more for a reputable pest control service. Complaint with BBB resulted in nothing, unfortunately , BBB can't force any business to honor warranties or take any action, they are only mediators in trying to resolve disputes but the final decision is up to the business. read more

I've used All Seasons for about a year. They've been professional and courteous and taken care of several problems, indoors and out.

I had Varmints in my attic. My neighbor recommended All Seasons Exterminator. Well, make sure you get your quotes in writing. There evidently was a miscommunication regarding the initial charge with the 10 day followup visit. There is an extra charge for the followup visit that I thought was included with initial visit ($151) but oh no that is $81 extra for the follow-up.
