Go there if you want to be cut on at least 4 fingers, overcharged, and leave the salon with crooked finger nails. BTW, they are now "barefoot nail spa" but the owner of crystal nail still works there and she does a horrible job. I asked before making my appt if they have new staff since they are a new nail salon now and they assured me yes but when I walk in, I see the same nail techs, even the owner of crystal nails who the reason why I hated crystal nails to begin with. I've gave her at least 4 chances now and every time I leave extremely disappointed. They are the only salon I've gone to in my life that ALWAYS manager to cut me. I thought since they "changed ownership" that they would a different kind of environment but I was wrong. The only reason I go to them is because they are so close to my house but I'm so done with them. read more

NEGATIVE!!!!!I normally have my regular nail tech guy I go to but he was book and holidays made it worse since I would have some time after work but then he would be booked already. So I decided to go to this one since it was close to my job .. all I must say is Worst place ever first time there and my nail got like an infection that led to my nail grow incorrectly and I'm absolutely self conscious about this one finger nail. It takes about 6 months for a nail to grow back full length. I'm very disappointed about this place and for them to be really pricey for a really unfortunate turn out. read more

I had both a manicure and pedicure at Barefoot Nail Span while I was on vacation in CA, and overall, it was one of the best experiences I've had at a salon. Kimberle was so attentive, thoughtful and careful, and she made some great recommendations in terms of nail color choices. She took a great deal of time to make sure I was comfortable, relaxed and enjoyed the entire experience. Wow! I hadn't been back to Barefoot since they remodeled. The place looks fantastic and the new massage chairs are soooo comfortable. Of course the great service by Kimberle hasn't changed. They even offered me champagne! I'm a regular customer once again. read more
