If I could give this salon 10 stars, I absolutely would. I came into Princess Nails for the first time, warmly welcomed after a long day of work and only able to book a 5:30PM appointment. Vi and her mother were beyond kind, personable, and were intentional on making the atmosphere relaxing, comforting, and reassuring of the quality of work I was about to receive. Vi, with a very easygoing and fun personality, went above and beyond for a full acrylic set that required more time than we had thought. But it was done so precisely and perfectly, I never once had to tell her to "make this thinner please" or "that is too much pressure", etc. She just understood the elements of the PERFECT nail, and the importance that shape/quality can mean to a customer. I had nothing but words of appreciation to give her throughout the two hours there. It was warm, cozy, and she had a nice holiday movie on, which made the experience extra special during this season. I am incredibly picky about my nails, and I couldn't have been more impressed by a salon and a technician who really just knows what us gals are looking for! The money is worth it, I would have tipped her three times more than I did, but tried to stay within my budget lol. Point is, GO. This is your forever nail place! Came in on a Friday morning to get my nails done. Vi welcomed me and understood the assignment. I told her to keep my nails short but also want cool designs. I showed her what I wanted but also let her choose the colors and I love them. Very friendly and clean. They even played reruns of americas got talent. Will be coming back! She also told me to make an appointment next time. So I'll be sure to do that.

I called last minute to see if they had any walk-in's and Vi took me in right away. The staff were amazing. I have never been to a nail salon where they took their time and actually seemed to be enjoying what they did. My nails came out looking beautiful and I would definitely drive all the way from Sacramento to Concord just to get my nails done by Vi and a pedicure from Jessica again. Thank you both so much! I found Princess Nails on Yelp over the weekend and was lucky enough to get, Vi to do my nails. I had recently taken off my own acrylic nails and they looked terrible and it kind of hurt. I wanted a nice manicure and my nails to look good again. Vi took off the left over acrylic But she did the best job doing it. Most places take it off where it hurts your natural nail bed and it can be very painful and damaging to your nails but Vi did not do that. She actually wrapped my nails with cotton & acetone and the acrylic came right off so gently and kept my natural nails healthy and intact. I was pleasantly surprised! She ended up giving me a wonderful manicure and had me try the dip powder this time instead of gel polish. She did the most wonderful job they look beautiful and I'm so glad I did the dip powder, my nails look great! I highly recommend Vi!

I have been to several luxury spas, and other nail salons and I have to say this was the best pedicure I've ever had in my entire life!! I came 10 min before closing, she was about to leave but stayed for me. She spent an entire hour on my feet, she didn't rush, she listened to what I wanted, she understood exactly what my main concerns were. She smoothed all the callouses off my feet, meticulously got all the extra dead cuticles, she got deep in there, scooping, picking, scraping and trimming & it didn't even hurt one bit! A lot of people I've had give me foot massages in the past seemed like they were just going through the motions, but Vi knew the perfect pressure points, where to press, pull, and slide her fingers & hands around my arches and toes. I don't usually care for that part but it felt awesome! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for a pedicure ever again!!

I was a walk in at Princess Nails when I had asked for an appointment. They said they could take me then for a full set of acrylic nails. I was pleased they could accommodate me and appreciate their time. So, I was met warmly by the nail artist who would do my nails. The place is cozy and warm inside. They have a large selection of choice for gel polish. The price for my set or acrylic nails started at $70 they said. By the time I walked out I had a French design in red and some nail designs. During my full set the side of my skin was filed twice causing two tiny abrasions. Not a biggie. My only complaint was that the nails were two thin and a few broke. Being a nail artist as well I realize the artist was trying to make my nails as natural as possible and I appreciate that too. However they were too thin. They looked elegant and hot right as I was leaving, but didn't hold up to the normal hustle and bustle of life. I did have a pedicure here once and got one of the best foot massages I have ever had. I will be back, just not for an acrylic full set. read more

I called less than an hour before they closed because my gel nails that I got done in Arizona broke and started chipping after only two weeks!! I felt so bad coming in because they closed soon but they took me in and cleaned my nails so well. My nails were cut, shaped, and cuticles cleaned too! Took about 20 minutes, give or take. I got here at 6:45ish and I'm in my car typing this at 7:05. I'm so happy that the abomination that were my nails are gone. The salon was quiet, only one other person in there but someone else came in as I was leaving. So I started to feel less bad about coming in less than hour before they closed. Definitely coming back here! I'm so glad my nails aren't a hot mess express anymore. read more

Princess Nails is such a wonderful nail salon in the Concord area! What a gem of a find. I have been looking for a nail salon that has the vibe and atmosphere I've been looking for: relaxed, comfortable and clean. This was my very first time here, and from the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly attentive, kind, very friendly, and most of all very professional. I had my pedicure done by Lynn who let me just say is a breath of fresh air. Her spirit is so warm and kind, then I had my acrylic set done by Vi who was amazing!!! Everyone there made you feel like family. I really felt like I was hanging out with my cool aunties. I will never forget the kindness these women have shown me. Now the NAILS.... Honey these nails are to die for!!!!! My pedicure was perfect. My set was prefect. I let Vi get creative and the outcome was more beautiful than I could have imagined. 10/10 service for sure!!! read more

First, they weren't using a/c and it smelled like sewage. Second, the older lady who did my pedicure was awful. When I told her something she was doing hurt, she said "I know". It was a weirdly aggressive and rushed pedicure. I have nail polish on the sides of my toes because she didn't use anything to separate them. The massage was so subpar to what a $50 pedicure should be. I was throughly disappointed. Please don't be fooled like I was by the good reviews. Not every tech there is amazing. My toes are messy, uneven and have bubbles in the polish. Stay away if you're used to a better quality nail salon! read more

So she said "ok I'll cancel thanks bye" then hung up. Ummmmm ... I need to make another appointment HELLLOOOO???? Nikki owns most of the Radiants in the Bay Area and this isn't the first time I've had a horrible experience with someone over the phone. I stopped going to the Walnut Creek location for this exact reason. Mariana was another person I'd go to, but apparently she's left. Once Kailah is gone, I'm never returning. There's a reason there's high turn ... likey due to poor management and customer service.

A broad-built Indian woman at the front desk said she would do my threading. I asked her to start with my upper lip, and it was noticeably painful from the beginning, though I didn't say anything. What really concerned me was that she brought the thread inside my nostril while threading my upper lip. I immediately winced in pain. In all the years I've been getting threaded, this has never happened before. It felt very unprofessional and made me question her experience. She has no communication skills at all. The people who have helped me previously in this location were all nice. I told her what had happened and left immediately without completing the service. Based on my experience, I would not trust her with threading. Very unprofessional and unapologetic.

I understand that waxing may not remove every single hair, especially depending on the stage of hair growth, but I expected the majority of visible hair to be removed. When I got home, I noticed several long hairs between my labia that should have been waxed, along with a significant amount of remaining hair throughout the treated area. Considering I paid $75 for the service and left a $10 tip, I expected a level of service that reflected the $85 total I spent. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why I no longer feel confident choosing European Wax Center. Each time I've visited one of their locations, I've left disappointed. I shouldn't have to go home and spend additional time tweezing and removing hair after paying for a professional waxing service.

The staff at Princess Nail Salon were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I came in for a pedicure and a full set of nails. I hadn't gotten acrylics in years and was a little nervous about the chemicals. The technician (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name!) was amazing! She listened to my concerns and suggested gel extensions (like press-on nails, but stronger). I had no idea nail salons even offered those! She did an incredible job on the entire service. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted for my nails, and she made it look even better! I absolutely love them. This will definitely be my new go-to nail salon. Highly recommend! read more

The sign still says "Princess Nails" but it is under new ownership and is now Your Nails. I keep coming back here because of the excellent service I get. Lena does an amazing job on my nails (powder dip) and always has time for me - even if I walk in. She even remembers and writes down the color I choose in case I come back needing a repair. Vi is always so kind and receptive. I got an ombré acrylic full set done at my last visit and it looks just like my inspiration photo! She did the white tip of the ombré with a spray gun and the gradient from white to light pink looks so flawless. This method also allows for me to change to a any gel color next fill instead of having to keep the existing ombré. Love it! read more
