Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I tried to be understanding and accommodate her by agreeing to the later time and finding something to do nearby while I waited. I was then contacted again and told that the appointment was still taking longer than expected. At that point, I was told she could still take me, but she couldn't provide an estimated time of when she would actually be available. I understand that appointments can occasionally run over, but repeatedly changing the appointment time and then asking me to wait indefinitely was frustrating, especially after I had already traveled a long distance and made multiple accommodations. I ultimately decided that I couldn't continue waiting without knowing when my appointment would actually happen. I believe clients' time should be respected just as much as the stylist's, and better time management and communication would have made a big difference. I'm leaving this review in hopes that future clients have a more organized and reliable experience.

My hair was so bad when I came to Mildred. I had this wash in red color that was all uneven. Mildred took the red out then dyed my hair ash blonde, and then did a balayage in another blonde to add dimension. Mildred spent six hours on my hair. When I was finished I looked like a whole new person. She told me the color just needed to be touched up every six months, but that I need to come for the toner every six to eight weeks.
