We had been needing to have our carpets cleaned for awhile, but since our daughter has been sick for a couple of years now, we were putting it off, because of all the work that goes into moving things and her not feeling well, etc. We finally had the opportunity to do it, and selecting the right place that would do a good job, while keeping her, us, and our two pups safe, was another job in itself! After reading all the good reviews on here, we decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad we did! They were excellent at getting back to me always, gave us a quote beforehand, showed up on time, and most of all, did an EXCELLENT JOB! When our daughter got sick she moved in with us and her small pup came with her; so we then had 2 dogs because she had rescued another one and given to us, just before that. The second one was a puppy, who had LOTS of puppy "mistakes" on the carpet in our master bedroom.... We had immediately treated these ourselves, but they hadn't come all the way out as we'd hoped. Barefoot was able to get them out though, and I'm so happy! Our carpet looks good again - we had put it in new only 4 yrs ago - and spent a lot of money doing that, so we were so glad they were able to make it look good again! So Glad I gave Barefoot Organic a call. I recently pulled up a plastic chair protector from my office, that had been in place a long time. It was giving off a very strong pastic odor. Justin was on time and answered all my questions and understood the issue right away, he was very knowlegable. After the carpet was dried the odor is practiclay gone, and the office carpet looks fantastic, as does the bedroom, hallway, bathroom, and kitchen tile floors. The work was EXCELLENT.
