I called to see about boarding, I had to…read moremake ran emergency trip out of town and it was the only place that didn't need a visit before so my hands were tied on where to go. I have never boarded my dog and I will never do it again there! The woman at the from desk was nice enough but the gentleman (I use the word very loosely) looked like he was on drugs and told my dog if he wasn't nice to him he wouldn't eat! Excuse me?! Reluctantly, I let him take my dog back. I had no other choice at this point. I asked the girl at the front desk if they were gonna be nice to my dog and she said yeah that was a little creepy. I'm sorry he's new! So two days later I come to get my baby and all I hear is parking from all the dogs like it just oh I'm upset barking, it was unnerving! I finally got my baby out and home and he drank probably a half a gallon of water when we got here he was very dehydrated. Never again! I wouldn't use them if it was the last boarding facility in town!
