Jennifer is definitely a pro - she asked so many questions to know what exactly to do while we were gone. She sent text pics and updates daily, which was really sweet! I love Yasmeen - she has been taking care of my dog on a daily basis for nearly 6 months now. She sends me the cutest pictures and gives me great updates about her day. My dog is a senior so some days when I'm worried about her energy level, I will let Yasmeen know and she pays very close attention and sends me texts to let me know how she's doing. In addition, one day I wanted to get some thoughts on care for Scout and she talked to me for about 20 minutes well into the evening. Pets at Play have been AMAZING! I moved to the area not knowing a soul and I felt like I gain a friend when I hired Jennifer to care for my cats when I traveled. Benson, my sweet boy is not great around people he doesn't know. Jennifer worked with him and now they are great friends. It is no easy task to gain his trust. I simply love the fact I received a text and pic each time she visits. It is such a simple thing but it provides peace of mind, not to mention a few laughs. My family requests to see the pics when I am visiting them. I also appreciate that Jennifer asks for me to text her when I arrive home. This way, if I am delayed for any reason she can get back check on the cats. It is a relief that when flights are delayed, I am not stressed about getting home to make sure that the cats have been taken care of. What can I tell you other than Jennifer took the utmost care of our two cats. We had just recently relocated to Costa Mesa and had not had a pet sitter need until April when we went overseas for 10 days. Not knowing anyone in the area as a referral, I took to Yelp and fatefully found Jennifer & Pets at Play! She came to our apt. every day, fed, scooped the box, and played with our two male indoor cats. She was so kind as to send me emails each visit with their pics! Amazing! The boys were in very good spirits upon our return, and she is to thank. SHe is conscientious, responsible and trustworthy! SHe loves her work and namely loves animals! I would recommend her 1000 times over, I was comforted knowing she was taking the best possible care of Jed & Roam. Jennifer is amazing! She took the best care of my dog while I was out of town for a long weekend. She got to know my dog before I left by taking her for 2 walks the week leading up to my trip. She was incredibly kind and patient with her, so when I left I was comfortable knowing they were already familiar with each other. While I was away Jennifer updated me and sent photos, it is the most wonderful peace of mind knowing that your baby is in great hands!
