To get them groomed they would be gone 4-5 hours sitting in a cage in between other dogs also being groomed. I found Diane the mobile groomer and she was great! She arrived early and took 1 hour for each dog. They were far less stressed following their grooming and I didn't need to leave the house! I recommend Diane, she was great!

We were looking for a new kennel as our previous boarding facility closed due to the death of an…read moreowner. We left our four dogs for three nights while we went to Louisville. I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I have found a new kennel at which I can board my dogs knowing that they will be treated with kindness and a true interest in their best care. Thank you!

Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog. When she started grooming my parents' dog, she asked lots of questions to make sure he turned out exactly the way they wanted. Kendra is very committed to her profession. She keeps up on grooming trends and works to improve her skills. I read online that she does some amazing de-shedding treatments, now. You really couldn't ask for a better groomer. I wish I could find someone half as good now that I've moved away from the 'burg!

The…read morestaff were professional and kind during drop-off, answering my questions and giving clear expectations. They texted me a picture of Winnie on Christmas Day, complete with the bright scarf they gave her. The kennel grounds are spacious, and it's clear from her long nap on the way home that she got lots of good playtime. They even provided a "report card" to recap how my pet handled meal time, sleep time, social time and more. I would absolutely recommend this place and go back!

My dogs are high energy large dogs and they always come home happy, bathed and ready for a nap. They benefit from the large play areas and lots of exercise time. They get excited and the tails start wagging when we pull into the facility parking, that is the true reason I have no doubt my dogs enjoy their time there and are cared for in the best manner.

My fur baby comes home and her eye is swollen and the white part of her eye was maroon NOT red but Maroon. I called them the next day because they had closed by the time I saw it and asked for the owner to call me and she never did. Her daughter texted me what they think happened to Roux Roux'd eye and basically said that she was so rambunctious that she "MUST" have busted a blood vessel in her eye, but just one eye and not both? Please dont take your baby to this place. I will never go back. I hope this will save someone else from going through this.....Bad business totally!!!! I wouldnt give it one star but they make you choose one to post your review. Zero stars!!!!!!
