Then I thought I could easily contact the owner ( called, texted, left message through Airbnb) to remedy the situation, but they did not respond. I had to go through Airbnb. They changed the reservation with 40 days advance notice, but charged me over $150 per night for the change. Definitely poor customer service and business practices!

You get a photo of your dog, they spend bedtime snuggles and give them a cookie. She's so excited when she gets there and can't wait to get back to play. The employees know your dog by name and are always so kind to her.
