She took the time to explain everything clearly, treated Pepe with such gentleness, and showed incredible kindness and patience during an extremely emotional time for us. What truly stood out was her generosity and dedication. Even when the clinic was officially closed, she made herself available so Pepe could be seen and helped. That level of care and commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things a family can go through, but Dr. Borden handled the situation with such compassion, dignity, and respect for both Pepe and us. *This is an updated review*…read more Several months ago, I took a chance and booked Nash in for a few hours of daycare when we had to attend a funeral and had no other options for dog care. What a pleasant surprise! Upon check-in, the staff noticed that there was a flag on his file and told me that they were sorry for the problem we had on his previous stay. They assured me he would be well cared for, and they delivered! When I picked up Nash that night, he was happy and not traumatized in any way. Since then, Nash has become a "regular". I drop him there a few times a week for group play with the little dogs. He loves to go! The staff is friendly and they know him. We have also used them several times for boarding Nash and our two cats. What a difference a year makes! I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

When I arrived to pick her up, the total was more than triple what we expected -- with no explanation offered in advance. We were also not given any at home care instructions other than a sheet of paper on going to the bathroom and eating (nothing on wound care or what to expect) so basically here's your dog have a good night. There has also been no follow up call to see how's she is doing. After my husband returned to the clinic to ask about the charges, he was told that "things were more complicated" and that he should have asked more questions. This was extremely disappointing. We were never told there were any complications, no one communicated that the cost would be significantly higher, and when my husband asked if she could come home the same day, no one mentioned she required an overnight stay or that anything about the procedure had deviated from normal. Owners cannot ask questions about issues they were never told existed or updated on. Good communication is a fundamental part of veterinary care, especially when an animal is undergoing surgery and the cost changes drastically. While we appreciate the medical care our dog received, the lack of transparency and communication made this a very stressful and upsetting experience. We want other pet owners to be aware of this so they can make informed decisions. We are certain we will not being using any services from Dr Fuller in the future.

Originally, the service was recommended via a Facebook connection. We had never used a professional service and had no idea what wonderful experiences awaited our two cats and us. My first interaction with Karl was on the phone seeking information. After he told me all about the service he started talking about a cat he had sat with before. He showed such care and concern about one of their " customers " it was comforting to hear. Little did I know that now this is how we have experienced this pet sitting service. There are two sitters who have come, Cynthia and Lauren. Cynthia has been the lead sitter and Lauren has been backup most of the time. Both have always done everything needed for routine cat care that included keeping a water fountain filled exactly as we asked. They both have sent photos and texts every day. This last visit that concluded a week ago (Christmas 2025) Rose wasn't eating like she usually did. Cynthia communicated about various things she tried to stimulate her appetite. There was nothing physically wrong with Rose but we all agreed that she might still be grieving the death of her dear littermate Gracie. Gracie died a year ago and the two had never spent one day apart. When Gracie died we let Cynthia and Lauren know. Cynthia had known Gracie the best and the longest. She provided several reassuring messages not just after Gracie died but other sweet messages along the way (not associated with visits). While this is a professional service, the service is personal. In addition to the pet care, they take in the mail including porch drop-offs - boxes and oversized envelopes. Here that means walking around the house and down a steep driveway into the area where the cats stay. All of this to say, the Red Dog Pet Sitting Services has been excellent. We would recommend them to anyone who has this need for their pets. (By the way, Rose did resume her routine eating habits.)

He loves it so much he actually seems sad when I come to pick him up. I trust the entire team fully to take care of him and I know he is getting so much care and love from each of them. They are amazing and really will look out for your fur baby like it is their own dog. You can tell they all really love pets and invest in their joy and wellbeing. Such an amazing atmosphere for your sweet pets to be cared for and to have so much fun. I would literally never be able to take him to any other place. That means it is very hard to deal with at a Vet office. The owner met me one day and said, "Bring Otis in during your walk. We will give him treats and he can get familiar with our place. I did just that, and Otis started to take me to the front door so he could see his new friends (unbelievable) and get treats. This morning, I took Otis in for an actual visit with the Vet. A vet assistant was educated in these kinds of dogs. She educated me, gave me some sedatives for the next visit and explained that these small bullies are simply like this sometimes. Otis got a shot for the flu (I highly recommend) stool sample, heart and teeth checked. He also got a q-tip in the ear. I had to hold him tight, but it was fine. The staff showed calm professionalism. The facility is pristine, and the parking is plentiful. They have day care, VIP Day care and boarding. Amazing place and so nice for us. I highly recommend.

I chose this place because it had a veterinary clinic attached and was assured my pets would be seen if needed. This definitely was not the case. I spent 3X the amount I spent on boarding trying to save my dogs from what they caught at this facility. The vet at the emergency care mentioned the volume of animals at the facility was probably a contributing factor. Never again! Don't be fooled by this new and modern looking place.
