Owner of George here, no there were no pre existing conditions prior to his visit. I asked owner to do the right thing and help pay for vet bill after my dog came home with a severe wound that was covered up by a bandanna. Owner said it was unintentional multiple Times on the phone, which would have been fine if she was apologetic and agreed to even pay a little for vet bill I would have been happy, instead owner offered a free bath, why would I want that after my dog had been hurt. Now you are back tracking what you said on the phone to save face. I would never come for someone's business, but you are not a good person for how you treated this situation and for how my dog was handled. Do better next time.

Where to begin, I've been taking my crazy dog (likes being bathed as much as a wild cat, with an ear piercing bark that could probably break glass) Grey to Karen for almost 3 years now. We have followed her from different locations over the past years and for good reason...my dog is quite a handful lol. It started with me trying to use a mobile groomer for my dogs first bath/hair cut and it ended with the groomer frantically coming back to my door saying she would not be able to groom Grey due to her craziness, so my dog was returned to me with half her body shaved, looking like a lion with mange ROFL. Luckily, we found a shop around us that would accept Grey, and Karen turned out to be her groomer. I remember the first time we went to pickup our dog, and saw her sitting on the table like a little angel, sitting still to get her face trimmed and acting like she had been through this a 1000 times. Just wow...if you are looking for a groomer with extreme talent, love, care, and patience in handling dogs, Karen is it. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone.

Brought my beautiful little Shiba Inu in for a full grooming. It's been a while, and she really needed the princess treatment. I was looking for a new groomer and Karen had posted something in a FB group so I decided to try her out. Everything from booking the appointment to drop off/pick up and even payment was super easy and accessible. She was super accommodating on dates/times and set up my profile for me, so all I had to do was show up with my sweet girl. The appointment only took about 90 minutes. My little lady came home super soft, brushed out and just absolutely glowing, she seemed to be really happy and well taken care of. Prices are reasonable and service is outstanding. Will be back, highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I was referred by another grooming salon to take my Loki here and I don't regret it! I have been searching for a groomer for the longest time and my search has now come to an end. Loki's haircut came out exactly as I asked for, and I was also informed that he did just fine with filing his nails! Loki is extremely sensitive with nail trims, so this was also a huge plus! Will definitely be coming back and so happy to finally find a groomer Loki is comfortable with!

Took our puppy Kona for the second time ever to see Karen. Kona's first experience with another groomer didn't go so well so I was sceptical to take her somewhere new but Karen exceeded our expectations! She took Kona early so she would have one on one time with her to get her used to everything. We also asked her to try and give her a haircut if she wasn't too scared. I am so impressed with the service here! I brought my Corgi in today and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The facility is immaculately clean, which immediately put me at ease. Spoke with Karen and what really stood out was her honesty and great communication . She was upfront about the process and kept me updated throughout. My husband and I have been customers of Bark N Fetch for several months, and we are happy and satisfied! We have two dogs that are difficult dog breeds, but Karen and Diana are always so sweet, patient and careful with the boys. Dino and Dominico get excited to go see their groomer Diana. Dino the husky is on a good routine with grooming, so his shedding is bearable and manageable. Karen and Diana are very responsive, and are easy to get ahold of to ask questions, or to make an appointment for the boys. We are tremendously grateful to Karen and Diana for providing quality services that are affordable! read more

This is a great dog grooming service. We've been here twice and the service and grooming for our dog has been excellent. Our dog comes out super clean, happy and looks & smells fantastic. The two ladies that run this place did a fantastic job giving my dog a bath and brush. My dog has a double coat and it gets matted very easily. Since my dogs hair was matted and I haven't taken him grooming in a while, they charged extra for the brushing. This is my first time here, so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the quality of the grooming. However after picking him up, I noticed that he was significantly brushed out, which made me really happy. His fur is much smoother and they did all the brushing in 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the grooming service from Karen at Bark n Fetch. We used to go to Karen at a different dog grooming place. After trying out multiple groomers over the years, Karen is hands down the best! When we found out she opened her own place (Bark n Fetch) we immediately followed her. Although a further drive for us, it was worth the drive knowing we are going to get a consistently good hair cut for our dog with someone we trust! Karen is incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly has a great love for animals. My dog can be a little anxious around groomers/vets, as he has an autoimmune disorder that impacts his nails and causes pain. He was immediately at ease with Karen, which speaks volumes about her care and attention. Karen's cuts are exactly what I ask for--clean, neat, and beautifully done. She responds to my texts immediately and makes it very easy to make appointments. I recommend Karen to all my friends and family! My absolute favorite thing about this place is their dryers. Dirty Dog Wash has the strongest dryers I've ever used in a doggy wash and I absolutely love the conditioning products they offer. We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

Andrea spent over an hour with us evaluating the dogs and talking about how they run their daycare. Andrea explained that they like to take the dogs on 2-3 walks when they are at the daycare full day. Andrea asked us to go on a walk with the dogs so she can evaluate how they are on leash. I really appreciated the thorough evaluation because it made me feel that Andrea cared about our dogs and that every other dog that will be coming into the facility will be appropriate. Andrea told us since they are new they are offering 1st daycare for free so we tried them out and decided to buy a 30 day pass. So for we've taken the dogs 3 times and really appreciate Andrea & Brittany. Andrea texts my husband throughout the day and gives us updates about the dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend Ruff Life for pawrents who need a trustworthy place to drop of their dogs. They also offer grooming and baths at a great price. Karen is incredible! Lori and Bruce have been going to her for over two years now, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. She always does a fantastic job, from grooming to making sure they're comfortable and happy throughout the visit. What I love most is seeing how excited the dogs are to see her.
