BarkPark and Spring Creek are awesome. We take our two dogs there often. We take the Boarder Collie there for daycare and he comes home exhausted which is what WE want after a long day of work since he has almost unlimited energy. And, both dogs for boarding when we travel. They take GREAT care of them and both dogs seem happy when we drop them off. Never had a problem with either location. read more

A Paw-sitively Perfect Place for Pooches My lil Santiago absolutely loves going to Bark Park! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The staff, especially Alyx, Lexi, Katie, and Eric, are incredibly kind and clearly passionate about caring for dogs. On our first visit, they gave us a tour of the facility and patiently answered all our questions. It was clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of every dog. Santiago was so excited during our recent visit that he actually pawed at the door inside the office leading to the big dog gym to join the other dogs playing! LOL The staff is always so accommodating, especially when I call last minute to see if there's room in the big dog gym daycare. It's clear that they go above and beyond to make sure every dog has a fun and safe experience. Knowing that Santiago is happy and well-cared for while we're away is such a relief. We're so grateful for the amazing team at Bark Park! They've truly made a difference in Santiago's life (and ours!). They do doggy daycare from 7am to 6pm and 7am-12pm on Sundays I believe. They offer traditional boarding (private kennels with runs), as well as social boarding (9 pups in big dog gym max I think, and a little dog social boarding). Rarely can I find a social daycare that is also a social boarding spot, and my dog is a dog's dog so we NEEDED it! During a majority of the day, the big dogs club have free roam between the gym house and the outdoor play area. Several hours of the day, the outdoor play area is used for individual play times for private kenneled dogs. The dogs are kenneled only when they are eating and sleeping for the night. Each dog has a chart with their dietary needs, and a bin for their belongings. All in all, this place is awesome and I highly recommend it. read more

We have been taking our little Bella who is a little over a year now here for about 3 months. We take her once a week. We absolutely love this place! And so does she! We took her to another place before here and it just seemed to commercialized. At bark park it's family owned and operated and it shows! The staff, Alex, Lexi, Katie, and Eric greet me at the door every time I drop Bella off with a smile on their faces! Great aditudes! They love Bella and take good care of her. We can watch her on the camara they have on their website so you know your dog is in good hands. They keep the place clean. Unfortunately the other place we went to before smelled like chlorine and pee. Now I can see why bark park has l have been around for such a long time! Lexi and Alyx are AMAZING. I started bringing my dog Oki to Bark Park back in June of this year for Doggy Daycare and from the very first day the entire staff had been nothing but friendly and welcoming to both myself and my dog. The staff is very attentive whether it be you are emailing, calling or dropping in they are always happy to help you with anything you might ask of them! First, I need to discuss some of the negative reviews here. After our stay, and after discussing them with Alyx, my suspicions are proven: they're ALL either bogus or posted by people who don't know what it means to take responsibility for their own actions. When we first came and checked this place or we talked to Alyx. She was very helpful and straightforward. She told us everything that we would need to prepare. During our dogs' stay we checked in on them and everything was great. At pick up time or babies were happy to see us and had lots of energy. I took my dog there for doggy daycare for the first time last week and when I dropped her off, she was in good spirits and healthy. When I picked her up a couple hours later she seemed to be lethargic and just not herself then an hour later, she ended up peeing a large amount of blood. I called the daycare to see if they could tell me if she got into anything or if she got stepped on or hurt by another dog, but they said that they didn't know anything and they weren't physically in there with her they just were reviewing video footage on a screen.I consider that to be very negligent, and almost illegal. They should have someone in there at all times monitoring the dogs not watching them over a screen. The fact that they couldn't tell me if my dog was in severe stress got hurt, or got into something is very concerning since you're bringing your dog there to be watched and cared for. They acted like they didn't care and never called to check up or anything. I am very disappointed and will never bring my dog back here again. Be careful read more

The staff at Bark Park makes it easy to coordinate a stay for my puppy! They were super patient with me since day 1 as I had a ton of questions...it was my first time leaving my first puppy with them, so I had to vet them out LOL My, now 9 month puppy, absolutely LOVES coming here and playing with the staff. I've been using Bark Park to kennel my dog Charlie (a pit bull-golden retriever mix) since he was a happy 26-lbs puppy. Now, 19 months later, Charlie is still a happy 92-lbs puppy and he loves Bark Park! The staff of Alyx, Carol, Alex, Matthew, and Julie are all wonderful caretakers that love Charlie and his boisterous personality and I fully entrust him with them. Charlie has a lot of energy going in and is happily (for me!) exhausted when he comes out, whether it's for the weekend or the week. He gets home, flops on the sofa, and is asleep in minutes! There has been a lineup change of employees and a massive decline in quality over the last several months. I've been bringing my dog to Bark Park since September 2024 and he has NEVER refused to get out of my car or go into the building for dropoff until recently. They also called me to say that there was toy aggression and it turned out that another dog was the instigator. He's been going to doggie daycare for almost two years total and he's never been afraid to go inside a building or been aggressive. Have the new employees been yelling at my dog or hitting me? This place! ..... is the best kennel I have ever dealt with! Our four-legged friends are our fur babies! We have never left our boy longer than one night just because we never trusted anyone to keep him for an entire week and we just left our boys for seven nights and he was happy and he was cared for and we never worried one bit. Finally got my dog's ash. He last stayed in Bark Park, it took them 4 days before they notified me that my dog is in severe condition and asked me if that is normal. If I didn't ask them to take him to the vet, I wouldn't find out my dog is already paled blue and in critical condition of pneumonia. Where of course they denied their responsibility for the care of my dog.The photo on the left is his first stay, the other one is when I took him to Bark Park and his last. Healthy 3 yrs old with no known issues got a viral infection, means the environment he is staying in is not clean, if only they took him to the vet right away before the fourth day of his stay. The manager and owner didn't even know about my dog incident, until I contacted them. I asked for compensation for the bill and gave me the word "condolences". I will never ask for compensation if only my dog was still alive but no, I lost my dog due to their negligence and now with a bill. read more

I took my senior dog there for the 1st time Tuesday. I wanted to try an overnight to see how he did in that environment so I could plan for future travels. Staff was lovely. The facility had a great set up, it was convenient, and my boy seemed happy and well cared for. What I don't understand is the pricing: website says $40 for boarding which is reasonable. I dropped him off around 1230p and picked him up same time next day- how am I getting charged for 2 days?!? $80 for 24 hrs- that is no bargain. What hours would it be for the $40 fee? Honestly confused by the whole thing- my fault for not clarifying before I dropped I him off but $80 for an overnight is high and I won't be returning. I can get someone to stay at home with him for less. read more

I am visiting the area and a family member told me about this place for my 1-year-old Goldendoodle CoCo. She is extremely energetic and loves to run in open spaces and play with other dogs. During my recent vacation to Florida in February, I boarded "Bodie" at Bark Park. While there, he was involved in an altercation with another dog--something completely out of character for him--and was injured. Megan, the manager, called to inform me of the incident. Since the facility has security cameras, I requested to review the footage, and she assured me I could do so upon pickup. However, when I arrived to get Bodie, I was told that the owner needed to approve my request. Since then, I have made numerous phone calls and sent at least a dozen emails, yet I have received no videos. Each time I follow up, Megan tells me she has not received approval from the owner. When I asked to speak directly with the owner, I was told she is pregnant and will consider my request "in time." It has now been almost six weeks, and I still have not been allowed to see the footage. At this point, I can't help but wonder what they are trying to hide. While Bodie's physical injury was minor, the emotional toll has been much greater. Since returning home, he has been noticeably withdrawn--no longer his usual happy, playful self. Even his vet expressed concern about his sudden change in demeanor. It definitely feels like they're trying to avoid showing me the footage, which raises red flags. It suggests to me they might be trying to cover something up--whether it's negligence, an overly aggressive dog they failed to manage, or something worse. Unfortunately, due to this lack of transparency and accountability, I cannot recommend Bark Park. However, if the owner decides to reach out and address this issue personally, I may consider updating my review. Manager Megan has my contact information. read more

No communication. I submitted my vaccines 2 weeks prior to my trip online and I informed them if I was missing any vaccines to please notify me. I received a phone call a week ago and I once again informed them if I was missing any vaccines to call me. The lady I spoke to, said she will call back if I was missing anything. I never received a phone call and I thought everything was good to go. I received a phone call the same day I was supposed to drop off my dogs and they said I was missing a vaccine and if I am able to submit it. I told them my dogs don't have that vaccine and I am unable to get it last minute. I asked why did you wait last minute to contact me requesting a vaccine when you had the opportunity to call me a week ago or days in advance to tell me if I was missing anything. Of course they said, well online it states what vaccines are needed. Isn't it your job to look over the doggy care appointments in advance to see what vaccines are missing? You had the opportunity to call me in advance to notify me if I was missing anything. Good thing I got a last minute doggy sitter and I didn't cancel my vacation. This could have been avoided if they would have just contacted me in advance. read more

On a recent visit, Amanda made things happen by finding room at both locations for our two Yorkies and one German Shephard. Upon arriving, we realized our yorkies were due for vaccinations, and Meagan voluntarily worked tirelessly to help us locate an emergency vaccination clinic since we live out of town. Each time I've left my dachshund with the staff at Bark Park, my dog returns safe and happy. The tip off for me is when we return each time, his tail is wagging and he is eager to get inside and start playing with the other pups. I am so grateful to have found this place. This little spot off of the freeway is a great place to drop your pup off for the day. I was in a pinch and BP came through THE SAME DAY! I called almost every day care in the area and they seemed to be the most affordable and flexible with drop off and pick up times. Our little pup was treated to several play dates and some pampering while she was there. It was her first daycare experience and she was both hesitant to leave and excited to see me The only reason I did not give y'all a full five was because I was overcharged. I did receive credit on my account at BP, but would have appreciated my money back more. I'll still take my pup here the next time we (or she) needs a little time away! read more
