It has been two years and I still talk about this groomer. Well today she sent me a text reaching out to see if I wanted to make an appointment. The number popped up with no name because I had not saved it from before. The first thing I asked was if she was the groomer from Spring Valley, she said yes. Claudia did an amazing job grooming my goldendoodle Lucca! I have taken him to other groomers but was never satisfied with their cuts. They always "poodled" my doodle even after I stressed how I did not want that. Claudia took the time to really listen to me and understand what I was asking for. Lucca was matted and overdue for his spa day. Instead of just clipping off the mats Claudia took the time, almost 4 hours, to comb out the mats in order to keep his hair longer like I requested. I brought my husky, Penny Lane, to Claudia when I went away for to Italy for 12 days! This was the longest I had ever left my baby so I was very anxious, but Claudia sent me pictures and videos almost every day of her having fun at the beach or on pack walks. I could tell Penny was having a great time and was very comfortable. Claudia also has a very big yard and nice grooming area. She even went out of her way to go to my veterinarian and pick up refills for Penny's prescriptions. I got my dog back happy and healthy which is all a dog mom could ask for.
