I never heard…read moreanything back from grooming: I feel that I need to reach out to you regarding the experience I had last week. I brought in my two English labs, Amber and Honey Bee, for nail trim and dremel. They are 4yo and 9yo, respectively. I have taken them multiple places for nail trims and there has never been any issue with them. Monday I was concerned when the person only took Amber back alone, then when it took nearly 10 minutes and the person working the desk went back "to help her." I could hear her yelping. I probably should have left with Honey Bee when Amber came back to me, but I had already paid, and quite frankly, was shocked when they said she didn't like the dremel. Honey Bee also took awhile, apparently she was also "quicked" at least 2 times. When she came out she was very gimpy on her back paw and continued to lick it when she got home. To make all of this worse, when she brought Honey Bee out she apologized and then said that she "wasn't a professional." I expect that when I am paying $50 (and I always tip well, even that day) for my dogs to have their nails taken care of (typically a 10 minute total experience that does not involve them getting injured) I am paying for professional services. I had called ahead to see if a groomer were still there and I was told that "they could do their nails." I specifically asked for a groomer! Now I'm worried that my dogs will have issues getting their nails trimmed because someone injured them who should not have even been working on them. I had to wait to address this issue because I was so upset. My husband was livid! He had bought a dremel for me to learn to do their nails, but I was afraid of hurting them so I continued to pay for their nails. I'm concerned to see how they do the next time they need their nails trimmed, but it won't be at your location. For the sake of all dogs, don't let people trim nails who aren't professionals.

She came to our house 1st thing in the morning, multiple times during the day and at night before bed. He had one long walk each days and Tricia shared photos of him having a great time! She also gave him a bath (he is only 11lbs) and trimmed his nails. We are so glad we found her for when we are out of town or need someone to come by during the day to let him out or for walks and playtime. I know he got tons of great care and love.

This was the first time I used a pet sitter to look after my cat, Linus, while I was out of town and wasn't sure what to expect. Char came over for a meet and greet to see if I/we were comfortable with her and if she was comfortable with us. She turns out to be a lovely woman who dearly loves animals and is devoted to their care. Her prices are very reasonable and she does little things like move the curtains/blinds and turn on/off lights so that it looks like someone has been home. These details are important when you're looking for someone who will not only be looking after your furred friends but your house as well. After 3 years of relying on Char to look after my furry lord and master, I have found that Char is incredibly patient (Linus is shy and neurotic) and thoughtful (I've found new toys left behind). She checks in while you're gone and worries if you don't check in when you get home (and she'd probably stop by if she thought something happened and you couldn't make it home on time). She's also easily reached and incredibly reliable. In short, if you need a cat sitter and you live on the NW side, you should meet with Char!

We knew no one in our new neighborhood who could watch our pets while we were away to the east coast for a 10 day visit! Char came right over for a "get to know you" and our kitties loved her and her fun cat game apps on her ipad! We immediately felt at ease with her. But here's the BONUS: Char is an incredible photographer! Who knew!!? She snapped pics of our kitties and texted them to me while we were away on our trip! I was so happy! All the fear and worry for my new home and 3 pets while we were away vanished and I could truly enjoy our time away! It's been a year now that we've lived here in Ohio and used Sit4Pet and Char always goes that extra mile! In fact we just got back from a trip to Detroit for 4 days. While we were away our freezer fan went wonky and the fridge leaked water all over the floor! Char called me and I could hear the awful noise the freezer fan was making! She proceeded to pull the heavy fridge forward to get to the outlet plug when the noise finally stopped. She moved all of our freezer items to our garage freezer and cleaned up all the water on the floor! We've tried other boarding facilities and our girl comes home miserable from her time there. From the moment we took a tour at Hayden Run, I knew this was going to be different. They took such great care of our girl, and I can really tell that the employees love their work and treat each animal as their own. Our pup was able to run, play outside, cuddle, enjoy the sunshine, and relax without the concerns of being surrounded by other dogs in a really loud facility. They gave her meds without issues, took care to make sure she ate, and loved on her. I chose the adventure package to ensure she would have all the time out and about as she could and that included getting a picture of her each day. When I tell you that I could see in my girl's eyes that she was so much happier there, I mean it. Their care, attention to detail, and just overall quality of experience is worth every penny. I am so grateful to have found Hayden Run!

I called and talked to someone last Friday to confirm my reservation for my dog. She waitlisted a…read morecouple of days and then scheduled me for the remaining week. She took my phone number, name, my dog's name to confirm. I then emailed over the weekend and called twice to confirm. Today they call me and say I have no reservation at all. I am first time customer and have vacation planned and not sure will find boarding now for my dog before I leave this coming weekend. I advised that I would probably not use their services going forward because of this experience and they said they understood. Just wow.
