This time was the same length of stay, but they have shown no issues or illness several days after picking them up. The kennel let us tour in advance so we could see the set up and different areas. They had an area for big dogs, small dogs, and the frufru room for teacup dogs. The big and little sections had guillotine doors so they could go outside. The kennel sent us text and picture updates while we were on vacation so we had some peace of mind. The pups shared a kennel space in the small dog section and reportedly enjoyed barking and running along the fence with the neighbor schnauzer. We were able to send them with a mat, blanket, wet and dry food, as well as treats. Vaccines are required. The bedding also needs to be washable. Overall we will use them if we go away again.

I brought my letter of intent to adopt from my landlord, and my cat carrier *just in case* I went into the big room of all the loving furballs and met everyone to see their personalities and how they play, and there was a staff member explaining how their facility works and who they partner with and went out of their way to introduce a cat to me and explain their story (which was super neat, btw!!) and 30 minutes later I walked out of there with my new furbaby, after the *easiest* adoption process ever, as long as you are an honest and caring animal owner and know that animals are a lifetime pet (their lifetime and yours!) you will love this place. We waited 3 days for response back. Which once again it's not that bad. Buttttt then we get approved to adopt the cat. Every other adoption place I go through lets me take the cat home from the pet store and I sign some papers and pay and leave. Now we have to meet up with someone to finalize it from this company. Just too many steps. Almost week and a half just to get a cat.

We have done probably 15-20 cuts here for our 50lbs Goldendoodle and the price just keeps going up even though our dog has stayed the same size. Each time I ask they say "we had to raise our prices". Probably because you are losing clients with your price gauging. The dematting fee is a scam, we get our dog cut down to a summer coat, basically shaved, there's no dematting necessary when you shave a dog, also, if you are charging $119 for a basic groom you can comb through a few matts that are typical with Doodles, especially when you specialize in doodles, unless it's to a point it's dangerous which it never has been with my dog because we brush and de-matt regularly. I have even went through every inch of her fur with a groomer before passing her off confirming she's clear of matting.. Trying to maybe get ahead of it to avoid this, then I still get hit with a charge for it when I pick her up. Recently, I assume because of all the complaints, They make you sign a form that says they can basically charge Whatever they want and they are not responsible If they injure your dog. I'm sorry there's way too much competition in town to be charging $134 (including de-matting fee) for a basic groom. Not inclusive of the 30 options they give you for up charging. Based on other reviews, I'm sure the owner will get on here and tell me I have no idea what I'm talking about, which is fine, with a quick google search there's 10 locations within 10 miles that have higher ratings and lower prices.
