Since the was brand new, we debated even having a home inspection, but decided to do it. Except for a couple little things Darron's report gave it all . Shortly thereafter, and when it was too late to have the builder addressed the issue, we discovered that half the house had no electricity and almost every outlet was defective. Had Darron this on his report it would've saved us $5000. So I don't know if Darron's incompetent or in cahoots. But don't risk it there's a ton of inspectors out there.
