The site is normally hidden behind a security gate. When I arrived the gate happened to be open, but only because a delivery truck had just left. Luckily there happened to be someone there running a splitter, but if I had not been so lucky I would have been trapped behind the security gate after the automatic timer closed it. The employee that I did find was very friendly and helpful, but had no idea how much to charge me for the firewood until I told him the prices from their web site. Product quality was fairly good, but not consistent. Their web site explains the importance of using seasoned firewood, so I would expect to find separate piles of firewood in various stages of seasoning. In reality there is just one pile, so you may be getting wood that was just split the same day. Most of my load was dry enough to burn, but there was a small amount of wood that I will need to set aside until next winter. Although all of the wood was split, some was left in very large pieces that I had to split again to make my small wood stove happy.

So we asked him what else he does and he said anything but concrete. We asked about drainage for the new house and he talked to us and we set a price and determined what we needed for the project. We had all the materials sitting here for months and finally it was time that the concrete guy was coming to start the work we contracted him to do and the drainage had to be completed. So we completed the job and requested the $300.00 be returned to us. The owner said how about using it on wood and I will get you $300.00 in wood for your fireplace. We said that will be great. This is around the end of summer. We asked the owner for the $300.00 worth of wood on October 23, 2017 and he said that there are 9 people in front of us and that it will be a couple of weeks. We said okay we just wanted to get on your list. On 11/21/2017 we asked again where we were on his list and he said on 11/22/17 that we were on next weeks list and that he is slammed. 12/04/17 we texted him again asking when should be expecting him with the delivery. The owner said it will be this week and that he has been working on his cabin. On 12/13/17 texted the owner again (because we still haven't gotten our wood delivered). He has another excuse of he is behind and that I don't have any workers. We said okay let us know when you will be coming. It is now March 18, 2018 and still no delivery of the $300.00 worth of wood. The owner of this company gave us nothing but a run around once he owed us money and gave us a ton of excuses from my truck is broken down, I am sick, I don't have anyone to work with me to get the job done, to I am working on my cabin since it is warm. When my husband was moving the mulch, he found the stump is still there. I have reached out to Chad and he is not responding! We were happy with the service otherwise, but we are stuck with the stump!! UPDATE: Chad called me this morning. I was told by Chad that I would always have a stump after the stump grinding. I don't quite know about this as I had 3 other willow trees removed that were in a linear row with this tree and the stumps were all ground out and I was left with holes in the yard that we had to fill. I guess we will have to deal with a stump sticking up out of our yard!

I worked with F and F tree service to remove a pair of trees from my yard. The price was very good…read more They arrived promptly and went to work on both trees at the same time. One required a very special lift to get up to the top of the dead ash tree that had multiple power lines around it. The crew was professional. They estimated that it the job would finish in one day but it was impacted by another customer who had a tree fall on their house. They came out the next morning and removed the stump. After they left some things need to be pointed out. 1. Ensure you specify what must not be damaged before they start. 2. While they were prompt they were not as organized as I had expected. Small things like they forget to bring cans of diesel to fill the equipment. The rake to sweep the street. 3. My neighbors mail box post was badly damaged, I repaired it. The could have trimmed more of the section that they dropped to prevent it from hitting the mailbox post. 4. I am not sure of the long term issue but normally some mulch is left on top of ground up stumps to allow for settling. This did not happen on either tree.
