This place is so cute! I always thought it was a dog spa, but it's a full food store with treats galore! There is so much selection - rawhide, cookies, baked cookies, and extras like dog beds. I'm definitely coming back for their single frosted birthday cookies for my dogs birthday in March! There was also a shop dog, a calm golden who seemed like a real sweetheart. VERY disappointed! Should be an option for 0. First time going there and long story short I bought two cakes for my two senior dogs. What i was told was those were "softer". Ended up with the harder "crunchie cake. These were so hard to could break a window. Dogs would not have eaten, so I returned. Owner called and blamed me said there would be no return or exchange. She was condescending and rude. Offered a discount only after I suggested that. $40.00 wasted and I will never return. I would have given her a lot of business - too bad. read more

Finally!!! A classy, sophisticated, fun place to shop for your pet in New Milford! The owner is super sweet, friendly, and knowledgable and offers an incredible selection. She has everything you could want for your pet- organic food/treats, a beautiful bakery display of gourmet cookies and biscuits, unique collars/leashes/harnesses/clothes, a huge variety of fun toys, accessories (everything from bowls to scratching posts to sunglasses) for both your dog AND cat. There's even fun stuff for people too- clever shirts, the ever popular "Wag More, Bark Less" bumper stickers seen all over town, local art-work, and bunches of other things, including some great gifts. They also offer custom collar/leash engraving services as well which is not only helpful but hard to find! The store doesn't sell animals but supports many local shelters and adoption clinics, as well as contributes regularly to many community events for animals. Bringing in your own pet is encouraged and treats are always offered to four-legged patrons, but just make sure your pup is well-behaved and good with others- there's almost always a dog in the place! On that note the store is extemely clean and well-kept for having such constant and high people + animal traffic. The store moved from the Bridge Street location years ago- is now at 38 Bank Street in New Milford town center. Yelp, you need to update this so more people can find this amazing place! While up in CT on vacation my husband and I have the great pleasure of visiting this really cute place! The owners have thought of everything for the pets, and the layout is really nice, and the customer service is top notch. My cats can not get enough of the special cat nip (packaged so cute, but the quality of the cat nip is AWESOME)- and my dog loved the specialty biscuits, the collar and the TOYS of course. Whenever I am in CT I will stop by this place and stock up. I have also had them ship my items which all arrived in tip top shape, so I can highly recommend that as well. read more

This place is pretty awesome. They have a really good selection, from the fairly silly "sleeps with dog" hats to the more serious leashes, collars, and instant engraved tags. The leashes and collars come in a really fun selection not found anywhere else, the toys are very reasonably priced, and the lady who runs it is really nice. read more
