The owner is super friendly and kind, and Courtney was our groomer and she did an excellent job. Took care of exactly what we asked for, took time upon pick up to have us look at her work & share if anything was missed which I appreciated given it was her first time grooming Olive. They also had the groom done in a short amount of time from when I dropped off which is always appreciated when you don't have to wait 5-6 hours to pick your dog back up. On the slightly more expensive side from other groomers I've used but worth it based on the work, friendliness & level of service! Our dog was also really happy upon drop off & pick up which is always a good sign! Will be going back!

We especially appreciated the thoughtful design put into construction to make this place a most comfortable experience for our pups. Love that they had an open yet private area. The owner Kelly (and husband Kyle) went above and beyond to be accommodating. Our retriever had a puppy hair cut which isn't common and they did an excellent job! They still have Covid precautions in place, so we had to sit in the car and wait and were unable to be there during her examination which was not great. I did get to speak to the vet on the phone afterwards, but I didn't like not being able to meet them in person and be there for the exam. We could have worn masks- even though my son and I are both fully vaccinated. They were thorough though and gave us lots of materials to reference. It turned out to be a calcium deficiency. They wanted to do bloodwork, but it was very expensive, so we opted to address the problem via diet and see how she does. They weren't pushy about it like a lot of vets are. So that was refreshing. All in all a good first experience with them. I would go back. Hopefully they get rid of the Covid precautions now that most people are vaccinated. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of the rigid Covid precautions that didn't seem necessary in June 2021.
