With the gossamer curtains welcoming you as you enter, it felt like walking into a life-sized Barbie's dream shop! Not quite as many clothing options as I was hoping for, but the ones they had were definitely modern fashions. It was the accessories that will keep me coming back, though. Some of the cutest jewelry, tumblers, candles, car coasters, etc. adorn the glass and wooden shelving. Place was clean and sanitized with staff wearing masks for my safety. Also, we were told that the dressing rooms were open now and they are steam cleaned after every use. We were greeted warmly upon entry and were introduced to the different sections of the store. All in all a good experience, even though we didn't find any clothing that suited us. But, we'll be back for those accessories!

I had contacted Gary Simon beforehand, and he was very open to me bringing things in to look. When i arrived, I was welcomed in, and Gary took his time looking at what I brought. I felt he was very open and honest, and made me a very fair offer. While he looked at things I poked around the shop and saw items he had found on deepsea dives from old sunken ships, and he was more than happy to tell me about them, and show me other items he had in the back. Great shop, nice jewelry + a bonus mini museum of found sunken treasures. They sell both men's and women's jewelry with a nice collection of watches and varying price points. The staff were friendly, and made me feel welcomed. I'd 100% do business here again and would recommend others check it out for either buying or selling jewelry. I was looking for some cute new tops to wear on camera for WFH and walked out with more! While they're mainly stocked with cute clothes with amazing prices, they also have Packed Party accessory brand which I love, jewelry, a little baby clothes section and gift/trinket items to purchase. They even had a nice sale section called the pink dot which has everything marked down to $15!! The associate working was super welcoming and friendly too! Not Silver, Not white gold and definitely not a stone from her birth year because she don't like the color purple and she is a fan of the yellow gold. Well then that's all she wanted to show us from then on. White gold. Silver. And those damn purple stones. But then after 30 minutes or so in there my son finds a ring he wanted to THINK ABOUT and POSSIBLY come back and get it. We said no but thank you for your time and help being polite. She walked away but shortly came back over and proceeded to ask if the ring was a gift or if he was just going to give it to his girlfriend. He was confused so I stepped in and spoke up, I told her it was a Gift and he wasn't sure if he was going to buy it today, but once again thank you for all your help and assistance. She was very persistent on him to buy today But after telling her we wasn't buying today she got very hastily and got an attitude and walked off. She wasn't as pleasant when we left as she was when we walked into the store. My 18 year old son said if he was to return he would not deal with her and would not buy anything from her Because he didn't want her to make any commission from the sale. I got suspicious and took the ring to Schiffman's Jewelers who evaluated the stone and actually showed me the defect. I ask my wife for the certification documents to sue Gregory, but fortunately for him my wife misplaced the documents, and now has settled for a cheap diamond ring. I also took a Croton watch for a new battery, when I later inspected the watch I noticed an indentation which was not there previously on the gold bezel. I am a watch collector and I take care of my pieces. All I ever heard from Gregory was why don't I buy from him, now YOU know why.

We took it into Fentress to get it resized and to switch out the stones for ones he wanted (for the customization). I just went to pick it up and the ring turned out amazing! The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the ring is outstanding. My fiancé is thrilled with the work and what they were able to accomplish with his dad's ring. We knew that the ring was in good hands as my family has been going to Fentress for YEARS for all sorts of custom jewelry. You have to go in knowing what you want. Instead of fixing the ring, she was convinced to make another ring, and he charged another several thousand dollars - the owner was supposed to call for approval of the quote and also never showed a design (for either ring) and then produced a second ring that was also awful. She has cried every day since and there seems to be no recourse to recover any of the money. Do not go here!!
